China building One-GigaWatt Nuclear Power Plant in Pakistan

Qiu Jiangang, vice president of the China National Nuclear Corp (CNNC), told a meeting in Beijing that the company was already looking beyond those deals to an even bigger plant. “Both sides are in discussions over the CNNC exporting a One-GigaWatt nuclear plant to Pakistan”, he said. The other important points that were mentioned in this meeting were:
  • Smaller C-2 China-built reactor to start operations in Pakistan very soon
  • Contracts signed with Pakistan to add No.3, No.4 reactors
  • Rapid domestic expansion lays foundation for going overseas
  • Pakistan called showcase for China’s nuclear power prowess
BEIJING: China’s main nuclear power company announced that it is in talks to build a one-GigaWatt nuclear power plant in Pakistan, even as the two countries face U.S. and Indian concerns over their cooperation to build other plants in Pakistan. Despite having U.S. paid puppies in the government, miraculously, Pakistan has not signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and is free to pursue any nuclear plant it wants to. The state-run China National Nuclear Corp. has already helped Pakistan build its main nuclear power facility at Chashma in Punjab province. It is completing a second reactor there and has contracts to build two more 300-MegaWatt reactors.
Qiu Jiangang, vice president of CNNC, told a meeting in Beijing on Monday that the first reactor was operating safely, the second one was now being tested and expected to start formal operations by the end of the year. “Both sides are in discussions over the CNNC exporting a one-GigaWatt nuclear plant to Pakistan”, he added without giving details.

Chashma Nuclear Power Plant

China signed a deal in February to build the additional two 300-MegaWatt reactors. U.S. officials said such plans required special exemption from the 46-nation Nuclear Suppliers Group, which China joined in 2004, and which is supposed to regulate the global nuclear trade. China and Pakistan disagree. The original Civilian Nuclear deal was signed before China joined the Nuclear Suppliers Group–and the Sino-Pakistani deal preceded the Indo-US Nuclear deal.
Vann H. Van Diepen, the zionist U.S. acting assistant secretary of state for international security and nonproliferation, suggested before the House Foreign Affairs Committee in July that the U.S. would vote against such an exemption. However the US has not pursued the matter, and the Nuclear Supplier’s Group is not interested in antagonizing China.

Abdul Basit, a Pakistani Foreign Ministry spokesman, declined to comment on the one-GigaWatt plant, but said Pakistan’s nuclear cooperation with China was for civilian purposes. “The nuclear cooperation between the two countries are in accordance with international obligations and comes under IAEA safeguards”, he said, referring to the International Atomic Energy Agency.

China and Pakistan argue that the U.S. set a precedent by sealing a landmark deal to sell civilian nuclear fuel and technology to India in 2006 even though New Delhi had yet to sign the NPT.

Pak-China alliance has made Zionist globalists and India to panic
That agreement, which lifted a U.S. ban imposed after India tested its first nuclear device in 1974, is seen as the cornerstone of a new partnership with New Delhi designed to lamely try and counterbalance China’s influence in Asia.
Critics, however, say it undermined the global non-proliferation regime by recognizing India as a global nuclear power, but not Pakistan, even though the South Asian rivals developed nuclear bombs simultaneously.
  • Pakistan is a long-standing partner of China, and has been suffering chronic power shortages.
  • Beijing is wary of Indian regional dominance and U.S. influence. In 2008 Washington signed a nuclear energy deal with India that China and other countries questioned but ultimately let through.
  • Critics of that U.S.-India deal say it prompted China to deepen its own nuclear power cooperation with Pakistan, which has been beset by political instability and militant attacks.
  • Rivals India and Pakistan both possess nuclear arsenals and refuse to join the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, which would oblige them to scrap those arsenals.
China says safeguards in place at Chashma ensure its role is entirely peaceful. The complex is China’s first nuclear energy plant project abroad, and CNNC recently cast it as a launching pad for expanding into the global market.
“We must rely on the Pakistan Chashma nuclear power project to improve our ability to contract for nuclear power projects abroad, and to open up the foreign market for nuclear energy”, the company said in an essay recently published in Seeking Truth, a magazine issued by China’s ruling Communist Party.

A senior Pakistani government official familiar with discussions between Pakistan and China on nuclear cooperation said, “We are facing acute energy shortages and these nuclear power plants are important for us to overcome these shortages.”
“We as well as China have said time and again that all this cooperation is under the safeguards of the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) and there should not be any worries or concerns about it”, said the official, who demanded anonymity.

Chinese nuclear industry executives said at Monday’s seminar that the expanding nuclear power sector abroad offered abundant opportunities.

China prides itself in building the Lingao reactor that began fully operating in the country’s far southern Guangdong province last week in a record-breaking period of 57 months. “All these experiences have laid the foundation for the nuclear sector to go overseas”, said He Yu, chairman of the Guangdong Nuclear Power Corp.

China plans a massive expansion of its nuclear power in the next decade, and has about 28 reactors currently under construction, some 40 percent of the world’s total being built.

Dr. Aafia's repatriation - A face saving Trump Card for the U.S.A?

The Pakistan Puppet Interior Minister Rehman Malik has sent a letter to the US Attorney General’s office requesting repatriation of Dr Aafia Siddiqui, who is currently under detention in America. Malik said that as the Aafia case had become a matter of great public concern, her repatriation would help America project a good image of itself to Pakistan, the Daily Times reported. Pointing out to a human angle, Rehman said Aafia’s two children had been living in a constant state of uncertainty, which was adversely affecting their health. The puppet minister said he would appreciate if the American attorney general personally looked into the matter and used his office to repatriate Aafia to Pakistan, adding that she could be repatriated under the UN Convention for Exchange or Repatriation of Prisoners on Humanitarian Grounds.

Sister Aafia at her graduation.

Reportedly there had been over 90 cases in US legal history, where cases against such individuals were dropped on humanitarian or political grounds under the UN Convention for Deportation of Prisoners, he noted. As directed by Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, Rehman also spoke to Aafia’s mother and briefed her about the action taken. Dr. Aafia, a trained neuroscientist, has been charged by the US for the so called "shooting at her American interrogators in Afghanistan in July 2008", and faces up to twenty years in prison for "attempted murder", and life in prison on a firearms charge. The truth is, that Dr. Aafia has been punished for being an intelligent and dignified Muslim Scientist who refused to follow American Guidelines when they wanted to use her intellect and skills for their dirty purposes in Afghanistan. Anyway, Pakistan seeks repatriation of terror suspect Aafia.

What these pigs did to our beloved sister is clearly evident here.

A question that might come to the mind of respectable readers and that is, WHY NOW? Why did these puppets let Sister Aafia suffer for so long if they eventually wanted her repatriation? If we read through the filth written by the NEOCON ideal Greek philosopher Plato, we will come to know that this plan is perfectly according to his logic. The hidden objectives and ideas behind this new development are:
  1. Absurdly trying face saving of U.S.A and Allies in the whole Muslim World because they can now clearly see a storm emerging from the Muslim Ummah.
  2. They want to make a soft corner for themselves in the upcoming government setup in Pakistan to ensure their long run stay in this region even after they are kicked out from Afghanistan.
  3. They want to hide their war crimes behind this one single action of "good will". They think that the world is so blind and forgetful that it will forget about the massarcre of millions in Iraq and Afghanistain in the past 10 years. They think that their media is so powerful that it will wash off the horrible memories of Abu Ghraib Jail and Guantanamo Bay where naked human beings were forced to sit on electric chairs with electrically charged alligator clamps attached to their private body parts.
It needs to be clearly understood at this point that America has been using such cases as occasional face saving trump cards in the history as well, and it will continue doing so till it is alive as a state. Dr. Aafia Siddiqui has gone through enormous amount of physical, sexual and psychological torture in the last few years and the same puppets (P.M Gillani, Rehman malik, Zardari, Shah Mehmood Qureshi) were silent all the time. Now that their masters are sinking in the Graveyard Of Empires, they want to cash this trump card for them.

A message to the puppets and the American ruling zionist mafia: You can't run now. NOW is the time when you will start reaping what you have been sowing for the last 200 years! Just wait and watch. Allah o Akbar!

Tick - Tock - Tick - Tock - Time is running out for you neocons!

A wake up call from Naseem Hejazi Sahb

Pakistan’s defense is the matter of life and death for 18 crore people.
It is the matter of protecting women and children from inhumanity and barbarism of which we have witnessed in East Punjab. It’s the matter of that religion’s integrity for which battles of badr, hunain, Yarmuk and Qadsia have been fought. It is the matter of that Karbala’s grounds which have been coloured by the blood of martyrs. It is the matter of protection of that land for which more than 50 lakhs have been sacrificed. If we wish not to repeat the history of east Punjab on any grounds of Pakistan, we are likely to have only one solution. i.e., to prepare ourself to reply with an iron fist.
In practical world strength can not be answered by logic.
A wolf merely respects lion’s solid grip; it does not get inspired by the wolf’s logic.
Some people think that by our compromise and peace making, Bharat will abandon her harsh policy. But this is a sheer illusion. The Muslims of Grenada became the victims of the very same illusion. We should comprehend this reality that the greatest mishap which is hazardous for the entire Muslim world and humanity won’t abandon by knocking the doors of peaceful appeals, peace making conferences and international courts. Only sword can answer sword in this world.
Bharat will use its every possible mean consecutively to sabotage Pakistan. Her nasty plans may not change unless and until she is made aware that Pakistan is such a bulwark which won’t let her succeed in anyway but would break her own head into pieces.
Nature doesn’t forgive collective and political mistakes of a nation. Grenada was given punishment for the deceitfulness of Abu Abdullah.
Hyderabad has been facing punishment as she considered the worse nation-seller the remedy of her freedom. Alas! They would have raised the slogan of Allah, His messenger and Islam other than “Mumlikat-e-Aasfia”. They were puzzled between life and death but stinking dead body of the system remained their garland. And this dead body took 30 lakh to the graveyard along with it. The Muslims of Kashmir have been facing hardships only because sheikh Abdullah was mistaken to consider Gandhi’s men as a friend to Muslims.
How ever Hyderabad and Kashmir differ in a way that the deceitfulness of the system didn’t give a chance to convert Hyderabad’s war into the war of nation. But the mayhem of Kashmir despite of the opposition of sheikh Abdullah has been a war of nation.
The mujahids of Kashmir are not only safeguarding Pakistan but the entire Islamic World. If they would have not resisted, Bharat would have not wasted a single moment to wreck with Pakistan after Kashmir. The Mujahids of Kashmir gave an opportunity of preparation to Pakistan on the jeopardy of their lives. If we are not likely to take advantage of this golden opportunity, it will be a mistake which will not be forgiven by nature at any cost.

Islamic Caliphate in Pakistan on its way, Insha'Allah.

The danger of Kashmir is the danger of Pakistan and the danger of Pakistan is the danger of the entire Muslim Ummah. Get united to counter this collective danger. Beware of these nation sellers, traitors who have been used by the enemies to segregate Grenada into sects, groups and parties.
Hindu despotism is the greatest challenge for Pakistan and Islam. This is the time we must gather all our arrows in one quiver. This is the time we must collect all the straws of our refuge before the storm arrives.
This is the time, the mothers of the nation awake their sons, the sisters awake their brothers and spouses, make them up in arms to cut the hands of tyranny and oppression.
Oh the dwellers of Pakistan! There comes a time in every nation when the decisions made by sword are better than the ones made by tongue or pen.
In this world, honor and dignity lie for those who are able to pay their cost. The garden of freedom prospers only when it’s given nourishment of the blood of martyrs. The chronicles of dignity of a nation are written by the blood which is impassioned to flow. And once the blood freezes… tears may not work!
