Graveyard of Empires: At least ten USZ soldiers have been killed in a bomb attack in Kandahar province in southern Afghanistan. The American troops lost their lives in a bomb attack in Maiwand district on Wednesday when a 12 year-old English-speaking member of the Taliban carried out the attack!

Welcome to the graveyard, fellows!

Earlier, NATO announced the death of a USZ-led soldier in a Taliban attack in southern Afghanistan. The nationality of the soldier and the exact location of the incident are still unknown. An increase in Taliban attacks has made 2010 the deadliest for foreign troops since the beginning of the war in 2001. At least 1500+ foreign troops have lost their lives in war-ravaged Afghanistan so far in a war that has become the longest in USZ history. With civilian and military casualties at record highs, many question the motives behind the ongoing conflict. The rising number of casualties among the USZ-led forces has raised opposition to the Afghan war in the countries which have contributed troops to the mission.

North Korea blames South Korea and USZ for shelling on South Korea's border island

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

USZ and South Korean puppet government lies have been busted as North Korea has accused its southern neighbor and Washington of being responsible for shelling of South Korean Yeonpyeong Island last month. Pyongyang attacked the island on November 23, killing four people, including two civilians, and injuring over a dozen others. North Korea has accused the South of firing first. The North's Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea said on Thursday that South Korean forces had carried out direct shelling under the pretext of a military exercise, the South's Yonhap news agency reported. "This reckless act was obviously a deliberate provocation to prompt the DPRK [the Democratic People's Republic of Korea] to take a military counteraction", the committee said.

It also called the South the "direct provocateur" of the incident and the United States a "wirepuller and chieftain. As long as the USZ hostile policy and war maneuvers against the DPRK continue, danger of a military clash in Korea's west sea won't go away". Tension in the Korean Peninsula is running even higher after the United States and South Korea began joint naval drills in the Yellow Sea, which were dubbed by North Korean officials as "provocative".

Pyongyang has warned that the war games could bring the Koreas closer to the brink of war. The North also accuses USZ President Barack Obama of plotting with regional allies to topple the country's government, insisting that its nuclear program is a deterrent against USZ forces in the region.

Pakistan and China expected to launch a strategic dialogue. Gwadar’s management might be transferred to a Chinese company to revive the strategic project.

SPECIAL REPORT | Thursday | 2 December 2010

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan—Pakistan’s government has summoned a joint session of Parliament and Senate on the morning of December 18 in Islamabad where Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao will address the parliament. China is expected to use the occasion to formalize its desire to upgrade the traditional strategic ties with its longtime ally Pakistan.

The story was first reported by The Daily Mail. Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani has ordered special preparations for the event. Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, all provincial governors and chief ministers, chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff, chiefs of the armed forces and diplomats will be special guests, according to the paper.

On the eve of US president Obama’s visit to India last month, Mr. Wen met President Asif Ali Zardari in Beijing and hinted he wanted to see a major leap in Sino-Pak ties.

The Chinese premier called to “deepen strategic cooperation” and proposed “the establishment of a mechanism for formal and structured dialogue to ensure smooth and real time communication on all issues of common interest,” according to a report published on Nov. 12.

Simultaneously, China’ ambassador to Islamabad Mr. Liu Jian released a paper calling for a new security paradigm in Asia and pledged his country’s “unselfish and unconditional help and support” to longtime ally Pakistan.

Sources in Quetta tell PakNationalists.com the government of President Zardari might use the occasion to evict Singapore’s port authority from the strategic port city of Gwadar and hand over to a Chinese company. The port was largely built by China but has been lying dormant ever since the government of former president Musharraf unexpectedly transferred the port’s running to Singapore.
Premier Wen is visiting Islamabad on the invitation of his Pakistani counterpart.

(EOP)Kareem Khan vs. CIA

“CIA officials are not part of United States armed forces, therefore under international law they are civilians directly participating in hostilities. Not holding diplomatic or military status, CIA officials have no immunity and therefore are liable for murder and damages under the laws of Pakistan and the principles of natural justice throughout the world.”

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan—If US defined the militant profiling than every person from tribal areas who grows beard, offers the prayers and talks about religious norms is militant .Following are the excerpts of Kareem Khan during his exclusive interview with The Daily Mail on Tuesday. Kareem Khan is a Pakistani citizen from North Waziristan who lost his dear ones in American Drone attacks one year back and sued the CIA over drone raids.

Kareem Khan challenged the precision of drone attacks and specifically questioned the precision of 31st December 2009 attack where in three innocent lives were taken by CIA in a secretive mode. He further challenged that if CIA can establish involvement of any of victims of 31st December attack in terrorism he will pay damages to United States instead.
While talking about the catastrophe he told The Daily Mail how his18 years old son Zaenullah, his young brother Asif Iqbal and a mason who was working on construction of village masque and had came from another village of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa were killed.

Kareem Khan told The Daily Mail that “his family is one of few educated families from the North Waziristan .He himself is M .Phil while his son was employee of Government school in town and his brother was graduate of National University of Modern languages from Islamabad .After compilation of his studies he went back to his town to add his positive contribution in educational uplifting of tribal area. They were innocent Pakistani citizen of Islamic Republic Of Pakistan whose fundamental rights have been guaranteed under the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan

In the response of one question about the families of victims he told Asif Iqbal left two years old son Muhammad Kafeel and a widow. Mohammad Kafeel has no one to look after as his mother is suffering great emotional and mental trauma. . “I lost my son and brother and now family’s full responsibility is now on me now we are living in uncle’s house waiting for justice or compensation”. He told The Daily Mail

Kareem Khan told the Daily Mail after this tragedy “I went here and there for Justice but all in vain because of undefined and so called system in tribal areas than one of my good friend suggested me to ask for Justice through legal way”. On November 29 2010 I through my lawyer Mirza Shahzad Akbar issued a legal notice to United States Secretary Defence Mr. Robert Gates, Director CIA Leon Panetta CIA Islamabad Station Chief Jonathan Banks for damages of $ 500 Million .he added

He also told that Drone attacks in tribal areas are carried out by CIA in langly, Virginia USA with co-ordination of local intelligence gathered by spies on ground in tribal area. CIA, s Islamabad station Chief, Jonathan Banks coordinates such intelligence through the network of on ground spies, who are paid a hefty amount for pointing out any militant. On these uncorroborated reports, CIA is executing people of tribal areas.

He stated that “CIA Director Leon Panetta has been reported in media saying that ‘Drone attacks are precise and limited in terms of collateral damage’.

“CIA officials are not part of United States armed forces, therefore under international law they are civilians directly participating in hostilities. Not holding diplomatic or military status, CIA officials have no immunity and therefore are liable for murder and damages under the laws of Pakistan and the principles of natural justice throughout the world,” Kareem Khan explained

Kareem Khan also grumbled that media is not playing vibrant role and journalists even don’t bother to find ground realities. Every time we watched in media that numbers of militants are killed in the result of drone attacks. All the time they go for figures they don’t even bother to differentiate the innocent people and militants. Unfortunately they just rely on people who are present there and love to create hype for their own purpose.Kareem Khan gave the example of Hakeem Ullah Mehsood, Jalal Din ,Aimen Alzwari and Sheikh Usamma and told that according to so called reliable sources media published news regarding their, several times deaths . Which is very funny situation because in my limited knowledge a person died once in his or her life.

Shahzad Mirza Akbar ,the legal representative of Kareem khan who was present during the interview told The Daily Mail Drone attacks on house of his client is in clear violation of United Nations declaration of Human Rights ,International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights(ICCRP) and the citizens of Pakistan through the constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan .Those who have committed this atrocity are liable to be charged under the Penal Code of Pakistan and no law custom or authority gives CIA the permission to carry out killing in the sovereign territory of another country .So this is illegal act of United States and CIA and cannot be recognized as legal at any judicial or legal forum .The UN special report on extra –judicial ,summery and executions declared in 2004.

“Empowering Government to identify and kill “known terrorists” places no verifiable obligation upon them to demonstrate in any way that those against whome lethal force is used are indeed terrorists, or to demonstrate that every other alternative had been exhausted”.
He told Court issued the notice on November 29, 2010 and count down has been started from today .He also talked about next step is to go in American court for justice. He also gave the example of Yamani citizen who did this practice in American courts in the result of Drone Attacks .He said there are some legal hitches but if we gathered 60 to 70 people we can claim “Alien Tort”

“The Alien Tort Claims Act (ATCA) of 1789 grants jurisdiction to US Federal Courts over any civil action by an alien for a tort only, committed in violation of the law of nations or a treaty of the United States.” He explained.

While talking about the Postpartum of the bodies he said that this formality is for the criminal case while we are approaching through Civil Court .He also told that his case is very strong and they already gathered enough proves.

In the response of one question regarding the reaction of Drone attacks in form of suicide attacks Kareem Khan said he don’t believe on this He also gave the example of b last in Rawalpindi Masque and Peshawar Market He said a jacket carried by a person can’t generate devastation on such huge altitude.

He has further appealed to all those innocent victims/heirs of drone attack to come and join hands to get justice for their lost loved ones. Kareem Khan has also requested the Federal Government through Ministry of Interior to put Mr. Jonathan Bank’s name on Exit Control List till settlement of his legal claim.

OIC urges Muslim countries to Take A United Stand against Zionism and Islamophobia

A senior member of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) has called on the Islamic countries to take "a unified stance" against Islamophobia in the world. Abdullah Alam, the assistant secretary general of the OIC, stressed on the necessity to develop cooperation among Muslim countries. He made the remarks on Wednesday during a meeting with Iran's permanent ambassador to the OIC, Hamidreza Dehghani. Alam also warned of what he referred to as "the Zionist conspiracies" and called on Muslim nations to unify against the enemies of Islam. Alam and Dehghani discussed latest developments in the Muslim world and problems facing the Islamic countries.

Abdullah Alam, the assistant secretary general of the OIC

The OIC is an international organization with a permanent delegation to the United Nations, with 57 member Muslim states. The rise of Islamophobia in Europe and the USZ has increased since the self made terrorist attack of September 11, 2001 on the USZ World Trade Center. Many political parties and governments in Europe have adopted opposing stances against the Muslim community. Last year, Switzerland imposed a ban on the construction of minarets -- the prayer towers of mosques -- which was passed by a clear public majority in a referendum.

In a separate move, France passed a law which bans women from wearing the burqa -- a Muslim veil for women that covers their face. The law is due to be put into effect from 2011. In 2005, a study by the EU's European Monitoring Center on Racism and Xenophobia found that, “Muslims are often victims of negative stereotyping, at times reinforced through negative or selective reporting in the media. In addition, they are vulnerable to manifestations of prejudice and hatred in the form of anything from verbal threats through to physical attacks on people and property”.

USZ Chopper shot down, 19 USZ soldiers killed in Graveyard of Empires

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Graveyard of Empires: Taliban mujahideen said that they have shot down a chopper belonging to the USZ-led military forces in the eastern Afghan province of Logar. The Taliban said that at least 17 American soldiers were killed after their helicopter was shot down in the troubled region. Meanwhile, NATO military alliance rejected the claim but confirmed that a helicopter made an emergency landing in the area and since they always lie, whatever comes out from their sources is automatically negated.

In a separate incident, 2 foreign troops were killed in southern Afghanistan. NATO said the soldiers died in a militant attack but did not reveal the nationalities of the soldiers. American soldiers make up the majority of foreign forces stationed in eastern and southern parts of Afghanistan. The Taliban claim that their mujahideen have shot down several aircrafts and NATO choppers in different parts of Afghanistan over the past few months. On October 12, a cargo plane carrying supplies for the USZ-led forces in Afghanistan crashed into the mountains near Kabul, leaving all nine crew members onboard dead.

9 USZ soldiers were also killed in a chopper crash in September. The deadly incidents come as Taliban mujahideen are believed to have been making inroads in different parts of Afghanistan. At least 1500+ (unofficial sources) foreign troops have lost their lives in Afghanistan so far, making 2010 the deadliest year for USZ-led forces since the 2001 invasion of the country. The war in Afghanistan has become the longest in USZ history.

Welcome to the graveyard, fellows!

With civilian and military casualties at record highs, many question the motives behind the ongoing conflict. The rising number of casualties among the USZ-led forces has raised opposition to the Afghan war in the countries which have contributed troops to the mission. UK has already decided to scram from the graveyard with its remaining troops by 2011.
