The ultimate source of fatal diseases, "Shining India" - Now presents NDM-1

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

People often go to India for operation as they are done very cheaply over there. India calls this industry as Medical tourism and the profit India gains per annum has crossed Rs.1200 Crore. And every year 1.1 million people from different countries come to India for different operations and surgeries especially cosmetic and open-heart surgery. One of the hospital groups in New Delhi operated more than 95000 patients in one year and it is predicted that the profit might to 1 billion dollars in 2012.

India opened this with a slogan "First world treatment at third world rate"  in the year 2000. But suddenly this industry started falling down at an astonishing rate. The sole reason for the downfall is a kind of bacteria virus which is carrying a special kind gene which is called New Delhi metallo-beta-lactamase (NDM-1). This is a kind of virus, which if enters a human body, then no antibiotic works in the body which is a drug that have a anti-bacterial effect and are commonly used. They either kill the bacteria or keep them from reproducing. However, NDM-1 does not allow them to work and make them functionless. NDM-1 mixes up with other bacterias and make them anti-biotic resistant. This is an Indian gene originated in India and was detected for the first time in a hospital in New Delhi and it is found nowhere else in the world, India is the biggest source of spreading it. Whoever goes to India to get himself cured from some disease is found infected with NDM-1. It is a very alarming situation. This gene has no cure yet and scientist are doing research on it.

NDM-1 was detected for the first time in a Swedish patient in Sweden after he returned from India. Nowadays most of the research on NDM-1 is done in Sweden and Norway. Those European scientist who for the first time blamed India for NDM-1 are not being issued Visa by India Government for further research. The first scientist to work on it was Dr. Yong et al.

A study by a multi-national team was published in the August 2010 in a journal "The Lancet Infectious Diseases." This examined the emergence and spread of bacteria carrying the NDM-1 gene. This reported on 37 cases in the United Kingdom, 44 isolates with NDM-1 in Chennai, 26 in Haryana and 73 in various other sites in Pakistan and India. The authors' analysis of the strains showed that many carried NDM-1 on plasmids, which will allow the gene to be readily transferred between different strains of bacteria by horizontal gene transfer.

Scientist even cautioned players taking part in the commonwealth games that they can get infected by this incurable disease. and as expected, the samples collected from the rooms of players had the effects on NDM-1. People from all over the world come to India to get cured and instead get infected by an uncurable disease. But India is not taking this matter seriously at all. Indian politicians have described linking this new drug resistance gene to India as “malicious propaganda” and blamed multinational corporations for what they describe as selective malignancy. A Bharatiya Janata Party politician has instead argued that the journal article is bogus and represented an attempt to scare medical tourists away from India.

It has stunned all the medical scientists all over the world as they are watching India on the Zionist media as Shining as a star. Pakistan has a very good opportunity of developing a clientage in the big hospital if the puppet government shows some interest. Anyhow, our free and sincere advice to all those interested in getting operated cheaply in India should get themselves operated in Pakistan as the cosmetic surgery in Pakistani hospitals is without a doubt far more cheap than in India. And even if the cure for NDM-1 is invented, Prevention is always better than cure.

USZ on the verge of financial crash - Obama froze wages of 2 million government employees

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

USZ Illuminati puppet president Barack Obama has proposed a two-year freeze on wages of nearly two million federal workers, as part of an attempt to curb the country's mounting deficit. White House officials say the plan would apply to all civilian federal employees and is expected to save over $5 billion over the next two years. "Small businesses and families are tightening their belts ... The government should, too," Obama said at the White House on Monday.

"Getting this deficit under control is going to require some broad sacrifice, and that sacrifice must be shared by the employees of the federal government", he said. The freeze which can only cover a tiny part of the America's $14 trillion debt and $1 trillion budget deficit is considered as Obama's attempt to get ahead of Republican plans to cut federal pay and the work force next year. House Republican leader John Boehner hailed the move saying, "Republicans and Democrats don't have to wait until January to cut spending and stop all the tax hikes. We can and should start right now".

Republicans contend that federal workers have been less affected by the recession and they are better paid compared with the private sector employees. The plan, however, has disappointed public unions that backed Obama in his 2008 campaign. Colleen Kelley, president of the National Treasury Employees Union criticized Obama for not consulting the public unions in advance and promised to block the proposal in the Congress.

Global financial collapse on its way

In my personal view, this step smells like sand before a massive upcoming storm. The banksters had been robbing USZ itself while using its machinery for their despicable globalist agenda and in doing so, they have crippled their own catalyst to such an extent that it is now unable to pay its federal employees. With China and several other economic giants dumping the dollar worldwide and liquifying their financial assets and moving away from Dollar and USZ itself being crushed in multiple wars worldwide simultaneously, I feel that we are on the verge of next and this time, an even bigger global recession. Fasten your seat belts everyone.

InshAllah Khair.

CIA head sued for $500 million by Drone Attack Victim

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

According to reports, a Pakistani journalist who has been based in North Waziristan Agency for quite sometime, has served legal notices, for the damages amounting to $500 million, on top three USZ officials for carrying out drone attacks in Pakistan’s bordering areas and killing his family members.

Kareem Khan, a journalist by profession, through his counsel has served legal notices on USZ Secretary of Defence, Robert Gates, Director Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Leon Panetta, and CIA Station Chief in Islamabad, Jonathan Banks through USZ embassy in Pakistan. The legal experts have considered the notices as the first ever legal notices that have been served on top USZ officials holding them responsible for carrying drone attacks in the territorial jurisdiction of Pakistan.

Director CIA, Leon Panetta

Kareem disclosed this in a jam-packed press conference along with his counsel, Mirza Shahzad Akbar at the National Press Club amid presence of national and international media. The journalist’s brother, Asif Iqbal, his son, Zaenullah Khan along with a mason were killed in a drone attack on 31st of December, 2009 in Village Machikhel, Tehsil Mir Ali of North Waziristan. Asif Iqbal, a schoolteacher by profession, had graduated in English Literature from National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad while Zaenullah Khan was employed as a helping staff in a local school. The horrible incident took place when missiles were fired by Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) also known as ‘drone’ on the ‘Hujra’, situated within the four walls of the ancestral house of Khan.

Kareem, during the press conference, said that all the three persons killed in the drone attack were innocent and had nothing to do with the ‘so-called’ war on terror, saying it was an extra-judicial killing by all means. “My house was severely damaged and that Hujra converted into rubble”, he informed. He through his counsel alleged that CIA acted on faulty intelligence gathered from locals who were given money in return. The legal notice served on the USZ officials stated that CIA officials, being non-diplomat and non-armed forces members were operating drone attacks in Pakistan.

The notice stated that CIA Director, Leon Panetta admitted the command and control of drone attacks in Pakistan as he was reported in the media saying that ‘Drone attacks were precise and limited in terms of collateral damage’. “Our client’s case is a clear contradiction of what Panetta is proudly saying”, the legal notice added. Khan also challenged the precision of drone attacks especially questioned the precision of 31st of December 2009 attack wherein CIA took 3 innocent lives in a clandestine manner.

Kareem Khan through his counsel has said that no law, custom or authority gave CIA the permission to carry out killings in the sovereign territory of another country, saying it was the illegal act of CIA and USZ. He has termed the drone attack on his house a clear violation of UN’s Declaration of Human Rights, International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the fundamental rights given to the citizens of Pakistan through the Constitution. The counsel for Khan has through the notice said, “Our client demands of you to immediately stop drone attacks in Pakistan saving any future loss of innocent lives and to pay to him the sum of USD 500 millions as compensation money for the loss caused to our client within 14 days from receipt of this notice”.

Jonathan Banks

The notice said that Khan would be entitled to institute proceedings in the court of law for the recovery of the referred sum if the respondents failed to reply the notice within stated time period. Kareem Khan in the press conference said that drone attacks were carried out in the tribal areas by CIA from Langley, Virgina, USZ and CIA’s Islamabad Station Chief, Jonathan Banks coordinated such intelligence through the network of on ground spies. He also requested the Federal Government through the Ministry of Interior to put Jonathon Banks’s name on the exit control list (ECL) till the settlement of the issue after his legal claim. He maintained that Banks was not a USZ diplomat therefore he did not enjoy diplomatic immunity and his involvement in execution of his son and brother simply made him a murderer who was to be taken to task. He also requested Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry to take suo moto notice of the matter and order Pakistan’s Government to protect its citizens from the American aggression.

Mirza Shahzad Akbar, the counsel for Khan, during the press conference said that he would pursue the case in a civil court of Islamabad and such notices could also be served on Pakistani officials for their alleged involvement. He termed it the responsibility of the USZ to respect the Pakistan’s court once the proceedings were initiated.

(EOP)WHAT IF NATO IS DEFEATED IN AFGHANISTAN?

 By Eric S. Margolis
Amazing as it sounds, NATO, the world’s most powerful military alliance, may be losing the only war the 61-year old pact every fought. All its soldiers, heavy bombers, tanks, helicopter gunships, armies of mercenaries, and electronic gear are being beaten by a bunch of lightly-armed Afghan farmers and mountain tribesmen.

This weekend in Lisbon, NATO’s 28 members face deepening differences over the Afghanistan War as public opinion in the United States, Canada and Europe continue to turn against the conflict.
President Barack Obama again painfully showed he is not fully in charge of US foreign policy.   His pledge to begin withdrawing some US troops from Afghanistan next July has been brazenly – even scornfully –  contradicted by US generals and strongly opposed by resurgent Congressional Republicans.  Hardly anyone believes the president’s withdrawal  date.
Obama is fresh from groveling before Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.  He pleaded with Israel’s leader to impose a short, token freeze on settlement building in exchange for a multi-billion dollar bribe from Washington of advanced US F-35 stealth warplanes, promises of UN vetoes, and raising the value of US arms stockpiled for Israel’s use to $1 billion. Rarely has a US president crawled so low.
Israel will likely take Obama’s bribe, with more sweeteners,  but not before rubbing his face in the dirt to show who really runs US Mideast policy and as a warning not to mess with Israel. The last US president to challenge Israel’s colonization of the West Bank, George H. W. Bush, was ousted in 1992 after one term.
Obama appears to want out of the Afghan War. His final gamble of sending 30,000 more troops into the $7.5 billion monthly war has so far failed to produce the hoped-for decisive victory. But powerful pro-war groups, including the Pentagon, the arms industry and Republicans, are thwarting the weakened Obama’s attempts to wind down the war.
US, Canadian and European politicians who backed the Afghan War fear admitting the conflict was a  huge waste of lives and treasure. Their political careers hang in the balance.
Canada’s prime minister, who is trying to assume the former role of Britain’s Tony Blair as Washington’s most obedient ally, just announced 900 Canadian soldiers will remain in Afghanistan after his own pullout date, ostensibly for “training.”
That, of course, is the new euphemism for staying on as a permanent garrison to keep the Afghan client regime in power. “Training,” as with US forces in Iraq, really means the old British Raj’s native troops under white officers.
Canadian journalists who opposed continuation of the Afghan War, or exposed many of the lies that justify it, have been purged from their newspapers under pressure from the Harper government – which claims, ironically, to be fighting in Afghanistan for “democracy.”
While the US heads deeper into war and debt, its European allies are fed up with what was supposed to have been a limited “police action” to eliminate al-Qaida bases.
Instead, Europe got a full-scale war against Afghanistan’s  Pashtun tribes raising uneasy memories of its 19th-century colonial “pacifications.”
France’s new defense minister, Alain Juppé, openly called the Afghan conflict a “trap” for NATO and called for an exit strategy.   He is quite right.
By contrast, British Defense Chief Gen. Sir David Richards, warned, “NATO now needs to plan for a 30 or 40 year role.”  In short, permanent occupation.   That may be the bottom line, at least for the imperial camp. Central Asia’s resources are the real reason.
The US-installed Afghan president, Hamid Karzai, is demanding the US scale back military operations and night raids that inflict heavy civilian casualties. Washington counters that Karzai  is mentally unstable.  He is marked to be overthrown once Washington can find a suitable Pashtun replacement.
America’s rational for invading Afghanistan was to destroy al-Qaida. But CIA chief Leon Panetta recently admitted there were no more than 50 al-Qaida operatives left in Afghanistan. The rest – no more than few hundred –  fled to Pakistan years ago.
So what are 110,000 US troops and 40,000 NATO troops doing in Afghanistan? Certainly not nation-building. Most reports show Afghanistan is in worse poverty and distress than before the US invasion.
While the platitudes and synthetic optimism  flowed thick at Lisbon, giant US Army bulldozers, demolition teams and artillery were busy leveling wide swathes of Afghan homes around the Pashtun stronghold, Kandahar. In 2006, US Marines conducted a similar ruthless campaign to crush the rebellious Iraqi city of Falluja.
The US is using the same punitive tactics in Afghanistan and Iraq as Israel employs on the occupied West Bank: targeted assassinations, death squads, demolishing buildings and whole neighborhoods to punish and open fields of fire. In fact, the US military has often been guided by Israeli advisors in such operations.
Destroying large parts of Kandahar is a sign of growing US frustration and a sense the war is being lost. It certainly won’t win hearts and minds of the locals, the stated goal of US proconsul Gen. David Petraeus.
Like the rest of the Pentagon, Petraeus is determined that the mighty US military must not be defeated by Afghan tribesmen. The humiliation would be intolerable. Defeat in Afghanistan would bring demands for major cuts in the bloated US military, a Leviathan that consumes 50% of world military spending.
Washington’s so-called national security establishment (in Britain they used to be called “imperialists”) also fears failure in Afghanistan threatens to undermine the entire NATO alliance.
Europe is slowly re-emerging as a world power, however fitfully and painfully.   NATO has been the primary tool of US geopolitical control of Western Europe since the late 1940’s. The Japan-US security pact has played the same role in north Asia.
The loss of the Afghan War by the US and its reluctant allies will call into question the reason for the alliance and likely hasten Europe building an integrated military independent of US control.   America’s grip on Western Europe would be ended.
That is why Afghanistan so unnerves Washington’s right wingers. The defeat of Soviet armies in Afghanistan in 1989 began the collapse of the Soviet Empire. Could the same fate be in store for the American Raj?

(EOP)Afghanistan: What next?

By Brig(Retd.) Samson Simon Sharaf
The visit to India was part of the APEC Arc that President Obama undertook culminating in November 19 NATO Summit at Lisbon. Many Pakistanis, who felt that India was accorded preferential treatment, need to acknowledge that it was as much part of the mission to garner support for the AfPak strategy, as it is to seal and contain the Asia Pacific Rim from Russian and Chinese influence or to parry the failures of US policy in Afghanistan.
Obama turned into a stone - thinking over the Exit Strategy from Afghanistan

USA is fast losing its long-term allies in Afghanistan, while the talk of an imminent “withdrawal with victory” doesn’t help to keep its army focused on fighting. As the days pass, the US sees no definite event that could truly provide a firm date of withdrawal. The 10-year old policy hinged on destroying Al-Qaeda has failed and now must be revised to routing out hostile sanctuaries in Pakistan. Hence, the present diplomacy can be seen as seeking greater support from the allies in the game of global domination, as also secure sufficient space to deal with Afghanistan and Pakistan.
In the broader framework of global dominance, India is considered a long-term strategic ally to patrol and identify with US interests in the entire Indian Ocean Rim. The role of Pakistan is restricted to its perceived destructive potential in Afghanistan and to combat and tame the militant outfits in its border regions and rest of the restive country. This message is loud and clear in the intense diplomatic chatter, leaks and interviews.
In words of Rick Rozoff of Global Research, President Obama took this whirlwind visit to: “Receive the plaudits of 27 North Atlantic Treaty Organisation allies and secure their continued fealty on issues ranging from the war in Afghanistan to a continental interceptor missile system, the continued deployment of American tactical nuclear weapons in Europe, participation in the Pentagon’s cyber warfare plans and expanded military missions in the planet’s south and east…In the first half of November, the quadrivirate in charge of US foreign policy – President Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Secretary of Defence Robert Gates and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Michael Mullen – all toured the Asia-Pacific area.…The Pentagon has, indeed, marked this as its Asia-Pacific century.”
While Obama toasted and danced in India, Pakistan was conveyed mixed signals meaning that all had not gone well in the latest Strategic Dialogue. The regional emissary Mr Richard Holbrooke was quick to support the civilian supremacy and belittle a dictator, who was once ranted as America’s most trusted and valuable ally. In his well planned interview, he credited USA with the restoration of judges and the rule of civilian law. In the process, he took credit away from Pakistan’s civil society and political activists, who forced the dictator into a comedy of errors and the legislators that combined to threaten the dictator with impeachment.
The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) report on US Strategy for Afghanistan and Pakistan was blown apart by an article written by Arnaud De Borchgrave in Washington Post by calling Pakistan a “bombshell”. Why and at whose behest he did so is anybody’s guess. He coupled his opinion with an earlier off-the-record interview of a Pakistani editor, who gave his own version of what Pakistan’s security establishment was up to, along with a Pakistani narrative that suits the majority against the rising militancy. Despite such bad accompaniments, the CFR Report is distinct in its implied threats to Pakistan, as also holding out a sign of hope for the people of Pakistan.
The perceptions put forth revolve around three elements of insecurity. First, the like-minded Al-Qaeda type groups operate freely in Afghanistan and Pakistan posing a threat to USA, India and its allies. Second, prospects of a civil war in Afghanistan threatening the stability in Pakistan leading to an Indo-Pak conflict. Third, relates to exploitation of Pakistan’s prevailing conditions by terrorists to seize power and take hold of the nuclear weapons and threaten the entire world.
As any strategist would understand, a threat analysis built on vulnerability is unrealistic and exaggerated. This is a scenario called “ugly instability” that has been war gamed by USA many times and whose author is no other but a US opinion maker of Indian descent. The fact that India is central to all the three insecurities manifests the importance USA is according to its newest ally in contrast to Pakistan. One Mumbai incident has become a perennial anti-Pakistan rhetoric eclipsing numerous such sieges within Pakistan for which Washington shows no concern. It also gives a peep into the intense US-India dialogue, in which threat from non-state actors to India through the freedom movement in Kashmir is pivotal and factorised. The fact is that USA is more sensitive to Indian security concerns than the fissures its policies create in Pakistan to breed a hate that could put the entire region in a tailspin.
It is evident that as the US gets bogged down in Afghanistan, it considers Pakistan a liability to its Central Asian agenda. However, this liability is of USA’s own making as it does not wish to annoy India by according Pakistan a befitting role in the post-US Afghanistan. In the ultimate analysis, the cost of shrugging off this unwanted, nuclear armed reluctant ally could far outweigh the benefits of appeasing India.
The CFR Study has also considered options to deal with Pakistan. First, is a stick with no carrots and outrightly rejected. Second, a more hardline approach than is considered politically destabilising in the immediate and long-term US interests. Third, engage Pakistan through investments and partnerships more apt to produce desirable results. This is an option that most Pakistanis, including the recent US Survey in FATA, have been envisaging. Supporting this third option, the task force finds that: “The US has two vital national security objectives in Pakistan: to degrade and defeat the terrorist groups that threaten US interests from its territory and to prevent turmoil that would imperil the Pakistani state and risk the security of its nuclear programme. It will be exceedingly difficult to achieve either of these objectives without the cooperation of the Pakistani state; this requires improving the quality of the US-Pakistan relationship…which includes the security of Pakistan’s population, the health of its economy, the capacity of its governing institutions, and the character of its relations with other states in the region (meaning India and Afghanistan).”
Diplomacy of the past few months indicates the crucial status of Pakistan-US relations with each side unable to convince the other of its sincerity and loyalty. Beyond the initial points of convergence and political exigencies, the strategic objectives of both countries are now marred by mutual suspicion and circumspection. These in turn prolong the conflict both in Afghanistan and Pakistan. For the time being Pakistan shows no signs of tearing apart; as the conflict intensifies so does the cohesion within the ranks and files of all Pakistanis galvanising around a new national agenda alien to the corridors of power. Some Pakistanis have already begun to consider such an informed upheaval as a better alternative to a bloody revolution. Michel Kreppon is an informed and learned opinion maker from USA. His note of dissent to the CFR report very aptly sums up the unrealistic assumptions of leaders both in USA and Pakistan. “To hold out the expectation that, this time around, with such a heavy US military presence in Afghanistan dependent on Pakistani logistical support, Washington can coercively manipulate Pakistan’s orientation…seems unwise. Pakistan’s security managers have to come to their own realisation that their policies have resulted in profound damage to their country. If they do not, the natural result, with no US manipulation necessary, will be the continued mortgaging of Pakistan’s future, its distancing from the West, and its economic decline.”

Turkey bans land allocation to IsraHelli people

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Reports say that Turkey is now preparing a bill which eases restrictions on land purchases to attract foreign investment, while prohibiting sales to IsraHellis. Sunday's edition of the Turkish newspaper, Milliyet, says that a bill being formulated in Turkey would ease conditions on land purchases, especially for citizens from Persian Gulf states, IsraHell's Ynet news website reported. The article stated that officials in Turkey have been working on the bill for some time and it is now expected to easily pass through parliament. Currently, Turkish law limits the usage rights of foreigners who buy land in the country for 99 years in comparison with the new version, which allows indefinite use of the land. Turkish P.M Tayyip Erdogan has been furious over IsraHell for the past few months considering its terrorist activities in the region.

Turkish Recep Tayyip Erdogan

Foreign nationals will be allowed to buy pieces of land up to 99,000 square meters in size. Citizens of Persian Gulf states could buy land with no size limit. However if the bill passes, it would prevent IsraHellis from purchasing land in Turkey, though they would be able to continue renting apartments. The new bill comes while many IsraHelis reportedly appealed to the Turkish embassy in IsraHell in the past years to buy land in the country to establish tourism sites.

IsraHellis are also barred from purchasing land in Jordan, while the Palestinian Authority forbids West Bankers from selling land to IsraHelli settlers. Ankara strongly condemned Tel Aviv after it launched a massive military offensive against the Gaza Strip at the turn of 2009 and has repeatedly criticized IsraHell's violation of Palestinian rights in the occupied West Bank. Moreover, Turkey severed diplomatic ties with IsraHell after it attacked a Gaza-bound aid convoy in international waters on May 31, killing nine Turkish activists onboard the civilian fleet. Tel Aviv not only refused to apologize for the attack, but called the move an "act of self-defense."

IsraHell purchased torture equipment for Palestinian civilian captives

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

So much for the civilized western world and free market economy, a Danish-British security company has sold torture instruments to the IsraHelli prisons, holding Palestinian inmates, a Danish newspaper has written. The firm, named G4s, sells the devices to the detention facilities in the occupied West Bank which provide the necessary means for torture of the Palestinian prisoners, Berlingske Tidende reported on Nov. 23. Merav Amir, from Who Profits?, an IsraHelli organization which is dedicated to expose those who stand to benefit from the occupation, said it knew that the firm did not directly engage itself in torture, has created the circumstances required for the abuse.

There are around 9,000 Palestinians in IsraHelli detention. The families have for long been calling on human rights organizations and groups to intervene in order to secure the release of their loved ones, many of whom have been incarcerated without charge, trial and sentence. According to the Palestinian Ministry of Detainees, nearly 200 Palestinian inmates have so far died in Israeli confinement, either due to medical negligence or under torture.

The daily also exposed that the company also cooperates with armed Jewish settlers in Israel and sells tools and devices to the Israeli checkpoints. The revelation came despite the human rights organizations' insistence that the checkpoints -- which dot the occupied lands -- breach the Palestinians freedom of movement. It also defied the firm's 2002 announcement that it would leave the West Bank in order not to cooperate with armed Israeli guards.

Missles mounted at border by North Korea! China urging for emergency talks on Koreas

The Korean Peninsula seems to be on the brink of war as reports indicate North Korea has deployed surface-to-air missiles near its disputed Yellow Sea border with the South. "(The missiles) appear to be targeting our fighter jets that fly near the Northern Limit Line (NLL)", a South Korean official said on condition of anonymity, referring to the Yellow Sea border, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported on Sunday.

According to the report, the North has deployed the Soviet-designed SA-2 missiles that have a range of between 13 and 30 kilometers. The South Korean sources also report that the North has deployed Samlet and surface-to-surface Silkworm missiles as well on its western coast with ranges of up to 95 km. The source added that the South Korean “military is preparing for the possibility of further provocations as the North Korean military has deployed firepower near the NLL and is preparing to fire.”

The situation has grown more tense after South Korea began long-planned joint naval exercises with the USZ in the region that include the participation of nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS George Washington. Earlier, Pyongyang warned of unpredictable consequences "if the USZ brings its carrier to the West Sea of Korea at last.” It added, “No-one can predict the ensuing consequences." The drills take place less than a week after an alleged North Korean artillery fire on the small island of Yeonpyeong. Four people died in the incident and several more were injured. Many homes were also set ablaze in the strike. Eralier, Seoul asked residents of the Yeonpyeong Island to take shelter in bunkers for forty minutes after artillery fire was heard on the North Korean mainland as USZ warships began naval exercises in the nearby waters of the Yellow Sea.

Amid high tensions in the Korean Peninsula, China has called for an emergency meeting of the six countries involved in the Korea talks nearly 20 months after last negotiations broke off in April 2009. Chinese officials said on Sunday that the emergency meeting is not a proposal to resume the six-nation talks and it is just meant to diffuse current tensions. The six-party talks bring together North and South Korea, host China, the United States, Japan and Russia.

Wu Dawei
"Although the proposed consultations do not mean the resumption of the six-party talks, we hope they will create conditions for their resumption", said Wu Dawei, China's special representative on Korean affairs. "The members of the six-party talks are deeply concerned with the situation in the Korean Peninsula", Wu said.

Pakistan defense policy shifts into offensive gear

Pakistan Army policy is taking an extensive change in its policy. There was a big hue and cry among the masses and the intention of Army was objected upon their silence on drone attacks, but now Pakistan has decided to say NO MORE to the allied crusade forces.
The reason of this late action that, when Musharraf left the throne Pakistan Army had already lost its credibility in the common people, but under the benevolent leadership of a sincere Army General , General Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani, Pakistan Army has regained its esteem among the populace, now Pakistan Army is changing its policy from defensive to aggressive mode.

Sources have reported that Kashmiri mujahideen groups are frequently seen in public places, I personally saw few jeeps with the flags of "Al-Badr", a kashmiri mujahideen group, running on the university Road of Peshawar, and no one checked them on police check posts.

Moreover, today in public transport Mujahideen wearing their jihadi uniform were found addressing the passenger about the jihad. Some authentic sources from other cities have also reported the same. These are signs of remarkable policy change from the Pakistan Army.

ISI and CIA are also at sword's point these days. The CIA was very much angered at the fact that recently ISI has closed its Dept about the counter terrorism which worked in alliance with America. As now new reinforcement and weapons are being sent to the terrorist wing of CIA in Pakistan i.e TTP. ISI has taken a crucial decision in creating a new dept in Lakki Marwat, which is near the stronghold of TTP. A German citizen who was arrested from these areas revealed that he came here to do Jihad against the U.S.Z and NATO forces but he was Abducted by the TTP and groomed against the Pakistan Army.

The arresting of  Ravi Inder Singh is also related to Pakistan's involvement by the security and defense analysts all over the world. The present unrest in Kashmir is also a big development. Indians are time and again blaming Pakistan but this is the first time that they blamed Pakistan of involvement in Kashmir violence which killed more than 100.

P. Chidambaram told the Parliament during a debate on the protests that:

“Pakistan appears to have altered its strategy in influencing events in Jammu and Kashmir”

unlike the other blames Indian Home Minister is clearly indicating the the change in policy and this statement cannot be ignored.

The Khalistan movement is also rising again, after it was ended up by the secular Benazir Bhutto. After this change in policy U.S.Z is compelled to figure out an agreement with its arch-rival Russia, as they know that Pakistan can block their supplies any time. India is on back-foot now, their biggest fear nowadays is that their puppet Karzai has also started seeking help from Pakistan to help them with the peace talks with Mullah Umar. All this presently is going in Islamabad's favor. India will now be thinking of using their Balochistan, Gilgit and Sindh secessionists more effectively, which in the presence of Pakistan Army is not possible to a big extent.

Pakistan Army

The security in the cantonments all over the country is also on high alert. In this cold war Pakistan is all ready for a full scale war and high intensity conflict but I hope U.S.Z in not foolish enough to get into another quagmire.

P.S. None of the pro-Pakistan and pro-kashmir steps being taken are coming from the puppet dacoits sitting in the government.

CIA, MI6, MOSSAD and RAMA fooled by the impostor Taliban Leader(a shopkeeper from Quetta)

The USZ jesters in various agencies are trying to put up a nice face to the episode of the Taliban impostor. Undoubtedly, the entire might of America, Europe and IsraHell could not discover the true identity of a Quetta Shopkeeper who posed as a major Taliban leader. How can the USZ and its crime partners bring credibility to Kabul, when even the Afghan don’t know who the Taliban are!

Islamabad is chuckling while Karzai aide blames British for bringing Taliban impostor to talks. Karzai‘s chief of staff on Thursday said that British authorities were responsible for bringing a Taliban impostor into the presidential palace and that foreigners should stay out of delicate negotiations with the Afghan insurgent group. In an interview, Mohammad Umer Daudzai said that the British brought a man purporting to be Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansour, a senior Taliban leader, to meet Karzai in July or August but that an Afghan at the meeting knew “this is not the man.” Afghan intelligence later determined that the visitor was actually a shopkeeper from the Pakistani city of Quetta, he said.

“This shows that this process should be Afghan-led and fully Afghanized”, Daudzai said. “The last lesson we draw from this: International partners should not get excited so quickly with those kind of things. . . . Afghans know this business, how to handle it. We handle it with care, we handle it with a result-based approach, with very less damage to all the other processes.” The episode has embarrassed Afghan and Western officials, and it has undercut the notion circulated earlier this year by senior USZ officials that there was some so called "momentum" toward possible peace talks. Daudzai’s comments were the most direct assignation of blame so far, though USZ officials have also said that the fake Mansour was primarily a British project. USZ officials have long characterized the British as more aggressive than the Americans in pushing for a political settlement to end the war.

The false Mansour was “the Brits’ guy”, said a senior American official familiar with the case. “It was the British who brought him forward.” A spokesman for the British Embassy in Kabul declined to comment. The story of how this man came to sit across from Karzai, and who he actually is, remains the subject of considerable dispute.
Daudzai said Afghan authorities first made contact with a man claiming to be a representative of Mansour about six to eight months ago. He was ready to arrange peace talks, and he said Mansour wanted a timeline for foreign troop withdrawal and a constitutional change to incorporate Islamic law. But the palace, Daudzai said, chose not to meet with Mansour’s associate “because he was unknown, very junior.”

But then the British took over, he said, and used that contact to arrange for Mansour to visit Kabul. Daudzai said British representatives, but not Americans, were present during the meeting with Karzai. Americans were skeptical and their officials that they had doubts from the beginning. Mansour is well known, having served in the former Taliban government as minister of civil aviation. But this visitor was a few inches shorter than their intelligence indicated Mansour is, and he didn’t come with the people he said he would bring. CIA officers, including the Kabul station chief, were particularly skeptical, but British intelligence believed that the contact was real, according to the senior American official.

“The agency expressed skepticism early on that this was Mullah Mansour”, another USZ official said. “There was very healthy skepticism.” A former senior Afghan official who was involved in the case disputed that the British did anything more than provide logistical help to bring Mansour to Kabul. He characterized Daudzai’s position as a political attack on the West when in fact the Afghans were responsible for the meeting. The former official said that the public discussion of the case risks the life of the man who attended the meeting, as well as those of Afghan agents in Pakistan, and has “ruined the entire process.”

“And if he’s not the person – and there has never been evidence produced that he is not that person – then they jumped to a conclusion before looking at the evidence”, the official said, adding that the man who attended the meeting passed identification screening tests with 95 percent certainty. The senior American official cast doubt on the Afghan claims that the Taliban impostor is a shopkeeper. The man’s comments indicated that he knew Taliban positions on issues and that he seemed to have some knowledge of the movement’s inner circle. Daudzai said the impostor may have been dispatched by Pakistan’s spy agency to “test the system,” but “we can’t say for sure."

(EOP)Dalits (untouchables) can't access water sources in 48.4% of Indian villages

A study was held recently in the Rural India entitled "Untouchability" which disclosed the plight of Dalits(Shudars) in India. The study, which covered 565 villages in 11 states of India reveals the following observations:
  • Public health workers refused to visit Dalit homes in 33% of villages
  • Dalits were prevented from entering the police station in 27.6% of villages
  • Dalit children had to sit separately while eating in 37.8% of government schools
  • Dalits did not get mail delivered to their homes in 23.5% of villages
  • Dalits were denied access to water sources 48.4% of villages
  • Half of India’s Dalit and Shudar children are undernourished and 21% are severely underweight
  • Literacy rates for Dalit women are as low as 37.8% in rural India.

Dalits are the lowest members of Hindu caste system in India. They undertake occupations that the rest of Indian society found filthy and embarrassing and also receive ill-treatment from the members of the higher castes, particularly from Brahmins. For example Brahmins would have to bathe if a Dalit shadow fell on them, would not eat food prepared by Dalits, and would not drink from the same wells as Dalits.

They are not allowed to defy caste system and punished otherwise. Although article 17 of the Indian Constitution banned untouchability in 1950, Dalits still suffer widespread discrimination and mistreatment. Local law enforcement personnel often refuse to document, investigate and respond adequately to Dalits’ complaints. Upper caste members often threaten and assault Dalits who dare protest against their mistreatment. The traditional practices of segregation between upper castes and Dalits are continuing in India.

Although India is obligated under several International Instruments to uphold Dalit rights, there is little enforcement to ensure that India meets its obligations under International Law. First, as a UN member state, India is bound to the provisions in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).

The articles I & II of UDHR state that “all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights” and that the human rights protected in the UDHR belong to everyone “ without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status”. India is violating its obligations under the UDHR as it has failed to protect Dalits against discrimination, degradation and violence.
Second, India has also failed to meet its obligations under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) which it ratified on 10 April 1979. Not only does the ICCPR protect against discrimination of “any kind” including discrimination based on “social origin” but it also protects against torture, degrading treatment, arbitrary arrest, detention, and promotes equality in the courts and equal protection of the law. In failing to respect and ensure Dalits rights, India is not complying with ICCPR.

Third, India has failed to protect Dalit workers in accordance with its obligations under the International Labour Organization Convention (No 107) which it ratified on 29 September 1958. Under convention 107, India is obligated to protect the “institutions, persons, property and labour” of members of tribal or semi tribal populations.

Finally, Dalit children, who are forced into bonded labour, or the practice of Devdasi, are protected under the provisions in the Convention of Rights of the Child of 1989 (CRC), which it ratified on 11 December 1992. In Article 32, the CRC protects against “Economic exploitation” and performance of “any work that is likely to be hazardous… "or to be harmful to the child’s health or physical, mental, spiritual, moral or social development”. Both the practices of child-bonded labour and the practice of Devdasi violate India’s commitment under the CRC. A recent violation was seen in the CommonWealth games preparatory setup where dozens of Dalit children lost their lives while working for $3 per day lifting stones and building material for the construction of games infrastructure.

Although democracy itself is a rubbish system to say the least, where people are just counted and not weighed morally. India, however, doesn't even fulfill the requirements of Democracy! It has failed to implement the laws, which provide protection against such caste discriminations. The Indian government has done nothing to remove caste prejudice and to provide justice to poor and powerless. Ironically, the USZ President during his visit to India only talked about human rights violations in Myanmar and asked India to play its role in ending these violations.

China warns USZ, "Stop meddling in Korean Peninsula"

Wen Jiabao
China has sent a direct message to USZ that the upcoming joint USZ-South Korea military drill will not help defuse tensions in the Korean Peninsula and has expressed opposition to any provocative behavior in the region. As Washington and Seoul prepare for joint naval exercises in the Yellow Sea in response to the latest exchange of artillery between the North and the South, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao called on "all relevant parties to exercise the utmost restraint." In a meeting with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in Moscow on Wednesday, Wen said, "The international community should do more work to ease the tension of the situation," The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.

The Chinese premier added that China opposes "any provocative military behavior" on the Korean Peninsula. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei said in a statement issued on Friday that Beijing is opposed to military activity near its coastline. "We hold a consistent and clear-cut stance on the issue. We oppose any party to take any military actions in our exclusive economic zone without permission", Hong added.

The USZ is sending the aircraft carrier USS George Washington to participate in the four-day drill with South Korean naval forces. Pyongyang says the move will bring both sides to the brink of all-out war. On Tuesday, Seoul and Pyongyang exchanged artillery fire on the Yellow Sea border island of Yeonpyeong, with each blaming the other side for starting the skirmish. South Korea says it returned fire after North Korean forces shelled one of its islands. But the North says the South fired first. Two South Korean civilians and two Marines were killed in the exchange of artillery.

Passive smoking claims 600,000+ lives every year!

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

The latest edition of British Medical Journal, The Lancet, says that that passive smoking kills more than 600 thousand people worldwide every year, of whom nearly a third are children. It indicates that deaths among adults were spread evenly in poor and rich nations. Based on 2004 data from 192 countries, the figures show smoking in that year killed almost six million people, either actively or passively by claiming the lives of non-smokers. Researchers maintain that second-hand smoking accounted for one percent of deaths around the world in 2004.

"Exposure to second-hand smoke is still one of the most common indoor pollutants worldwide", says Dr. Annette Pruss-Ustun, with the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. On the basis of the proportions of second-hand smoke exposure, as many as 40% of children, 35% of women and 33% of men are regularly exposed to second-hand smoke indoors, added Pruss-Ustun.

According to researchers, children are the group most heavily exposed to second-hand tobacco smoke, and about 165,000 of them die as a result. The study has also demonstrated that poverty exacerbates situations for children. Researchers have recommended applying the World Health Organization's Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. It includes measures such as tobacco tax hikes, advertising bans, and the use of nondescript packaging.

1400+ years ago, Allah s.w.t clearly bound Muslims through Holy Qur'an about the use of intoxicants in general (not just alcohol but intoxicants as a whole!) and this clearly implies that a Muslim is NOT supposed to mess with his body through intoxicants because his body is not his, but in reality it belongs to ALLAH and its HIS belonging that has been temporarily granted to all the human beings at the time of their birth and will be taken back at their death.

O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone alters [to other than Allah], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful.

(EOP) India Adds Troops to Chinese Border

(cited from globaltimes.cn and written by Hao Zhou)
China Military News
Indian Ministry of Defence officials said Monday that two mountain divisions will be deployed in southern Tibet, an area claimed by Beijing, and will be “fully operational” by next year.

Chinese experts dismissed the defiant move, saying it is a misstep on New Delhi’s behalf. India is “fast-tracking new troop formations” in southern Tibet, and the two fresh infantry mountain divisions, with 1,260 officers and 35,011 soldiers, should be “fully operational with specialized equipment” by next year, according to the Times of India. “The two divisions are now virtually in place, with officers and soldiers already being posted for them.
They are in the process of getting new equipment, which includes armored personnel carriers and light howitzers,” a defense ministry official told the newspaper.
“The first battalion of the Arunachal Scouts will be up and running by May 2011,” the official said, marking a first for the Indian Army in applying the “Arunachal” name to a company.
“Arunachal Pradesh” is the Indian name for the area, over which China claims sovereignty.
In October 2009, China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned a visit to the area by Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
Ma Zhaoxu, a spokesman of the ministry, urged the Indian government to address Beijing’s “serious concerns” and not to trigger a disturbance in the region “so as to facilitate the healthy development of China-India relations,” the Xinhua News Agency reported.
The latest report of Indian battalions came three weeks after Singh invited his Chinese counterpart, Wen Jiabao, for an official visit to India to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two sides.
“Since a war with China in 1962, the Indian army has set up a total of 10 mountain divisions in the region,” Wang Dehua, an expert on India at the Shanghai International Studies Center, told the Global Times. “Such a move aims to add chips to the upcoming China-India talks on border disputes.”
It seems that “those hawkish groups in New Delhi are getting above themselves after the US voiced support for India’s bid to become a permanent member of the UN Security Council,” Wang added.
Sun Shihai, an expert on Asia Pacific studies at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, told the Global Times that New Delhi’s plan to increase troops in the region adds difficulties to the border talks.
“By making such a move, India showed its unwillingness to make a concession during the demarcation talks,” he said.
Separately, Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao told Xinhua on Sunday that the two sides “should regard each other’s rise as an opportunity, not a challenge.”
“We have had times of difficulty in our relationship. But despite those difficulties, we have managed to raise the level of our dialogue and strengthen our cooperation to create an architecture for dialogue,” Rao said. “That should be the basis for what we do in the future.”

No more drone attacks! - Pakistan's war policy taking a drastic shift

Alhamdulillah, with continued pressure from Pakistan Army and pro-Pakistan forces in the establishment and tremendous public pressure, a major policy shift is taking place and Pakistan is likely to say ‘NO’ to the USZ over its CIA-operated drone strikes in North Waziristan Agency, thus bringing an end to the policy of former traitor ruler of this motherland General (Retd) Pervez Musharraf. Well-placed sources told on Wednesday that Islamabad has decided in principle to convey Washington that it does not desire unabated drone strikes, and would rather like to tackle terrorism related challenges on its own. When approached, the USZ Embassy spokesman expressed his ignorance about these developments. However, the government and military sources were of the firm opinion that the USZ drone strikes had aggravated the problem.

“The USZ might have achieved tactical gains through the drone strikes, but they too had caused enormous damage to Pakistan’s efforts towards fighting the terrorism”, military chief spokesperson Major General Ather Abbas told the press resources on Wednesday. He was of the view that the Pakistan Army does not support USZ drone strikes, and has always sought to secure the USZ drone technology to effectively tackle the challenge without any collateral damage. However, these efforts, he said, had not borne fruits so far. In a related development, the National Assembly Standing Committee on Defense headed by PPP MNA Azra Afzal Wednesday took serious view of the media reports that USZ was seeking to expand drone attacks in Quetta. The committee, which met at the Parliament House, sought a candid clarification from the Interior, Foreign and Defence Ministries by Dec 7.

The committee also directed for a special briefing on ISI role in the war on terror. The committee members, while taking serious notice of reports of USZ intention to expand its drone strikes to Quetta, were furious that Pakistan’s sovereignty and security is continuously being violated in the name of war on terror. They were of the view that the entire nation was united against drone attacks and the government instead of adopting apologetic attitude should adopt a categorical stance that the USZ drone strikes were totally unacceptable to the people of Pakistan.

A reminder for all Muslims

Read on Pakistan Cyber Force Facebook Page

Life is the name sake of continuous "Jihad" (struggle). The luckiest deed of a Muslim's life is that he devotes his entire life for the love of Prophet Muhammed s.a.w. As far as, your heart is filled with this sacred sentiment, you will see your world and hereafter, both bright. You will be dignified and honourable in this world and at the end, the doors of paradise will be opened for you.
Remember!
The moment, you are deprived of this sacred sentiment, you will have no refuge in this world and you will see your hereafter very dark!
weakness will prevail in you such that you won't be able to move a muscle. Those forces of Kufr, which are worthless for a Mujahid even than the particles of sand under his feet, will appear to you as a solid rocks.

The evil nations of the world will overtake you. You will be made slaves. You will be mesmerized by the evil system (taghooti nizam) such that you will have no escape. At that time, you will still consider yourself a Muslim, but you will be far away from the premises of Islam.
Remember!
Despite having faith in the truth, if you do not have the guts to sacrifice yourself for the sake of truth, so you should comprehend, you have a weak faith! For the firmness of faith, it is necessary to cross the ocean of blood and fire.
When you will see your death dearer to you than your life, that means you are alive. And when your enthusiasm of jihad is suppressed by the fear of death, your condition would be just like a dead body in a grave who is trying to breathe.
