{EOP}Future of Pakistan & USZ in 2011 - Part 1

English Translation:

1. Dr. Safdar Mehmood first mentions about an astrologer S.B. who lives in Canada in these days but basically he is a Pakistani. When that expert astrologer came back in Pakistan in July 2010, he met with Dr. Safdar Mehmood and told him about Pakistan future. That astrologer said,
“Dr. Sahib, I am seeing some positive changes in sky through astrology, Nature is going to be kind on Pakistan, and Insha’Allah Pakistan’s current situation will be changed.  Hope and confidence will overcome desperation and the sun of Justice will rise."

He further explained,

Change has come on sky but it still remains to come on earth. In next few months, current political System and Leaders will be replaced. Extremely loyal, honest and capable young people will come into power suddenly (unexpectedly) they will remain as rulers for two and half years, they will finish (fix) corruption, lawlessness and poverty. True accountability will be set up, Stability will come in country, and a new era of prosperity will start. Betterment in economy will also start and Pakistan will get respect and honor at International level. Judiciary will become stronger after some time and Judiciary will become source of better changes. Army will not come at stage; it will work behind the scene

Astrologer is constantly saying those honest and capable leaders as saviors of country, he told more things to Dr. Safdar Mehmood but according to Dr Safdar Mehmood, he will open these when time will come.

2. Second person ‘Shah Jee’ is a friend & school fellow of Dr. Safdar Mehmood. He is very honest and noble man, and has knowledge of astrology or something else. He also told about the news of Sky.

According to Shah Jee:

“Current political setup will be changed in next few months; a caretaker government will come into power for two and half years. These new rulers will be very honest, loyal and hardworking who will solve problems of the country. Economy will start getting prosper. From the end of 2011, peace and stability period will start in Pakistan. In 2012, Pakistan will rise as stable and financially steady country and will get reputation globally. From July to November judiciary will be pressurized but after November justice and judiciary will rule the country. Government change will come though Judiciary and with the will of God, Judiciary and parliament will rise as strong Institutions in 2012. Also, in 2011, these is a chance of racial riots and bloodshed in America after which America will become weak, and in 2012 America will not remain as superpower and internal division will start in America.”

{EOP}General Kayani against Zardari's "no-first-use" nuclear policy

General Ashfaq Prevez Kayani, Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff
Army Chief Gen Ashfaq Parvez Kayani does not support American Puppet President Asif Ali Zardari’s ‘no-first-use’ nuclear policy, according to USZ diplomatic cables released by Mossad whistleblower website WikiLeaks, reported Times of India. “Although he has remained silent on the subject, Kayani does not support Zardari’s statement last year that Pakistan would adopt a ‘no-first-use’ policy on nuclear weapons. Despite increasing financial constraints, we believe that the military is proceeding with an expansion of both its growing strategic weapons and missile programmes”, the cables sent by the then USZ Ambassador to Pakistan Anne Patterson prior to Kayani’s Washington visit between February 20-27, 2009, said.

{EOP}Zaid Hamid’s warning to Indians and American Zionists[Translation]

Representative of the patriotic Pakistanis, Sir Zaid Hamid warns the enemy after the OBL Drama in these words.

The Man who has the courage to speak the Truth!
Patriotic Pakistani - Zaid Hamid

“This is our message to the Muslim world as well as a warning to the American Zionists and Indians. Pakistan is under attack at the moment; the last frontier of the Muslim world is being attacked from all axes. It is a 4th Generation War, in which terrorism, violence and insurgencies are being waged against the Pakistani state. A massive economic propaganda warfare has been launched as well. The entire Middle East is being reshaped. Muslim lands are being cut into smaller countries. American media, a disinformation machine, is waging a global war of lies and deception and deceit. Iraq was destroyed and decimated in a war which was based on Weapons of Mass Destruction [WMD]. No less than Colin Powell lied in the United Nations, fooled the Muslim World and lied to the whole world. America waged an illegal and unjust war in which a million Muslims have been killed in Iraq and has decimated the Muslim land totally. The wars have been waged against Libya and Somalia; on the other hand, Palestine and Kashmir have been burning issues for the last sixty-four years.
Now, all the Zionist guns are targeting Pakistan. Pakistan is the only Muslim Nuclear country; a country with a very organized army and a patriotic nation. Pakistan is now being presented as a terrorist state, just like Iraq was presented as a nation having Weapons of Mass Destruction. It was a softening up process before the invasion. The American bluff in Pakistan, the propaganda disinformation they are spreading about Osama bin Laden and Pakistan being the epicentre of terror, everything is being done to soften up Pakistan for an invasion, just like the invasion of Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya.
We Pakistani patriots are warning the Indians and the Americans. we are not Iraq, we are not Afghanistan!
We are an Islamic army, nuclear armed. Your supply lines in Afghanistan go through Pakistan. Your hundred anf fifty thousand troops will be slaughtered and butchered if we do to you what we did to the Soviets. Do not forget that Pakistan broke down the Soviet Union. We changed the geography, we changed the politics and we can do the same to you!
Your 60% fuel and 80% supplies go through Pakistan. We know your deceptions and bluffings against Pakistan; the entire Osama bin Laden drama that you have created, is based on deception and lies.
Why are you not telling the world what happened in Abbottabad?
Your helicopters were shot down !
Your troops were killed!
You will never acknowledge this! The world media would not talk about your own troops being killed and your helicopter being shot down!
In the last ten years, so many of your top ranking officials have acknowledged at least half a dozen times that Osama bin laden has died. No less than Madeleine Albright had acknowledged way back in 2003, that Osama bin laden had died but the news was being kept secret to boost the credentials of the president or the next president before the presidential elections. At the present, Obama’s ratings were hitting rock bottom; he needed a drama, a facade, Osama bin laden being killed in Pakistan to boost his own ratings. And on the other hand, to create this global environment that Pakistan is a terrorist state. We know what you are going to do next; you have already mobilized the global media; now you are going to mobilize United Nations. You have already bought off the Pakistani government, which is compromised and treacherous.
But we the Pakistani patriots and every segment of the Pakistani society, the Armed Forces, ISI, strategic assets, Air Force Navy, Establishment, students, traders, farmers and the simple Pakistanis know how to live with dignity and die with honour!
By God, you will regret the day you were born, the day you decide to put your feet on Pakistani ground!
We know, you are already waging a massive war against us. Pakistan is facing multiple insurgencies on every axis. Tehriq-e-Taliban Pakistan [TTP], the only  terrorist organization in the world which has promised to avenge the so-called death of Osama, the Baluchistan Liberation Army [BLA] and the terrorists who are now waging havoc in Karachi; we know that they are ALL funded and backed by you, Indians and the CIA!
Today, you are hurting us, yes. But you are hurting us because of the traitors within our ranks; because of traitors within our government and media. But that does not mean that Pakistani patriots, people who live and die for Islam and their ideology, are going to take it lying down. We are not!
We have the will, the potential, and the capability to do with you what we did to the soviets. We are warning you now! Back off! Do not threaten Pakistan! Do not weave a web of deception around us! The entire axis of global Zionist media, politics and diplomacy is now being launched against Pakistan. But we are ready to live and die for honour, our ideology, our faith , and our land. You can push us to a limit, but fear the day when we decide to respond!
In the next few months, we know that you would be creating a global environment to wage a physical war on us. We know, we will take many heads; we have taken many heads but that has strengthen our resolve to stand up, keep our flag up high. Your unjust wars on the Muslim land have woken up the sleeping Muslim nations from their slumber. And now wrath of God awaits you in Pakistan if you ever decide to put your feet on ground!
As far as the traitors are concerned who are collaborating with you today, their days are numbered too!
It’s only a matter of time! We Pakistanis want to live in peace, but we will not tolerate you invading our lands!
You have no business to be in Pakistan! Now that you have officially claimed another lie that Osama has been killed, which you have claimed a dozen times before as well! But now that you have done it officially, you have no business to be in Afghanistan. You do not speak our language, you do not have our passports, you do not share our faith. You are an occupation force here. You are here in this region to destroy our ideology , identity and life style. You are here in this region to control our fuel and fossil assets. You are here in this region  to control the global water ways that we control. You are here in this region to destroy our Nuclear weapons. You are here in this region to contain China and Russia and to defend Israel. This hoax of so-called War on Terror, is only to achieve the grand strategic objectives that you have for the twenty-first century.
You have no business to be in this area, in this region , on our lands. You are occupation forces. So we are giving you the last warning now. We want to live with dignity, we want to exist in peaceful co-existence; but not at the cost of our honour and the dignity. We are sending you a last message, especially to the Indians as well.
Do not try to ride on the American shoulders!
Do not exploit Western hatred for Islam for your own objectives!
By God we will cut you down to the size of Sri Lanka!
We have ruled over you for thousand years and we will rule for another thousand!
If today, you feel that you have a nexus built with the Western powers to encircle, isolate and destroy Pakistan, you are delirious and you live in a world of fools!
We Muslims, only come on our own when we are threatened. You have created a combined threat against us but never forget the history. For thousands of years, Muslims from the West have been charging and capturing Delhi, and by God we will see you in Delhi very soon!
You will start the War, [we are telling this to the Indians as well], but then you will have no control over it.
We will finish it for you!
That is our last message for you!
If you have any sense, pay heed.
Else, you have been advised!
Pakistan Zindabaad!!”

{EOP}Pakistan [Madina e Sani]

The state of Pakistan was established through the force of ideology- and this ideology is the defining essence that gave the country the strength to survive these six decades. This state was born with a miracle, it has been sustained by miracles, and it is destined to show the world how to work miracles too. The dream of a separate homeland where this ideology could and would direct the Muslims lives culminated on a sacred night and a sacred date- Friday, 27th Ramadan. It is a territory that has been paid for not in gold, but an entity much more valuable- blood.
Against all natural laws, this newborn nation dealt with and survived the refugee overflow, the first war over Kashmir, the water dispute with India, a financial emergency and much more, with just a makeshift army and hardly any industry or infrastructure, before it was a year old. We have suffered blows and recovered time and again, so much so that we surprised the world again by becoming the only Muslim nuclear power. Is it all coincidence? It would be too far-fetched to call our entire history that.
We see the power our ideology wields, the immense potential that is ours to tap. Allama Iqbal and the Quaid-e-Azam were two figures who tried to explain this potential to us; Iqbal through his writings, and the Quaid followed up by actually providing us with the instrument we must use to empower this ideology: the state of Pakistan. The two-nation theory was not a new idea; it was the expression of facts visible to all. Jinnah refuted all argument opposing it when he said We are a Nation of a hundred million with our distinct culture and civilization, language and literature, art and architecture, legal laws and moral codes, customs and calendar, history and traditions, aptitudes and ambitions. In short, as Muslims we have our own distinctive outlook on life. By all cannons of international laws, we are a nation.
And what is more, we are a nation entrusted with a responsibility. The physical separation became inevitable with the passing of the Pakistan Resolution in 1940 after the events during the Congress Rule, and the celebration of the Day of Deliverance by Muslims across India when it ended in 1939. The significant part was the role that the new state was to play in geopolitics. The second Islamic ideological state of the world even shares the substance of its name with the first, Madina-Tayyaba. It is a fourteen hundred year old legacy that this nation must take its turn to uphold. Just as the Conquest of Makkah proved to be symbolic for Islam in times that came, the prophesied victory in the Ghazwa-e-Hind, ours to claim, is indicative of the role this ideology-driven nation will play in restoring peace to the world.
The foundation for Pakistan was laid when the first Muslim entered the subcontinent, and it will continue to live until the last Muslim survives in this region. Pakistan is not a merely a shape on the map- it is the air that a nation of 170 million breathes every second, the lifeline of the very deen of Islam itself.

{EOP}American Terrorism In Muslim Lands

The sinister struggle for control of Pakistan and the Muslim world between two opposing fascist ideologies of Western / Hindu Zionists and Kharjee Takfiris
They said it – lest we forget:
“When the wealthy Jews play, the nations and the rulers dance.”
“The Jews make countries fight each other and when they want, make peace. But whatever happens, they get rich from this.”
Founder of Zionism, Theodore Herzl
“There is only one power which really counts. The power of political pressure. We Jews are the most powerful people on earth, because we have this power, and we know how to apply it.” –
Vladimir Jabotinsky, Jewish Daily Bulletin, July 27, 1935.
The History:
Almost ninety years ago, in the beginning of the 20th century, Muslim world received a most shattering and devastating blow as maps of the Muslim world were radically re-drawn by the invading and victorious Western powers as spoils of war when the Ottoman Empire was defeated and dismembered. It was during this outrageous and sacrilegious pillage of the Muslim lands that the State of Israel was sanctioned to the world Jewry by the triumphant British Empire. It took another great war few years later with horrendous death and destruction to the humanity, both in the East and the West, to finally materialize the dream of the Zionist Jewry – the State of Israel in the holy lands. A political, military and ideological dagger pierced the Muslim heartland. Pakistan was born almost at the same time as Israel. Both countries, representing two diametrically opposite religious ideologies hostile to each other, were born to be enemies and have remained in a state of covert war ever since. India, a State which is secular on paper only, is led and controlled by idol worshiping Brahmin pagans with extreme hostility towards Pakistan, hence became the natural born collaborator of the Zionist State. The following quote by the founding father of the Jewish State completes this geopolitical and strategic equation in totality.
“The world Zionist movement should not be neglectful of the dangers of Pakistan to
it. And Pakistan now should be its first target, for this ideological State is a threat to our
existence. And Pakistan, the whole of it, hates the Jews and loves the Arabs. “This lover of the Arabs is more dangerous to us than the Arabs themselves. For that matter, it is most essential for the world Zionism that it should now take immediate steps against Pakistan. “Whereas the inhabitants of the Indian peninsula are Hindus whose hearts have been full of hatred towards Muslims, therefore, India is the most important base for us to work there from against Pakistan. “It is essential that we exploit this base and strike and crush Pakistanis, enemies of Jews and
Zionism, by all disguised and secret plans.”
David Ben Gurion, the first Israeli Prime Minister.
His words, as printed in the Jewish Chronicle, August 1967
The Environment:
As the 21st century unfolds, the contemporary times are witnessing yet another epic struggle within the Muslim heartland. Muslim world is desperately fighting in an existential war this time against two violent ideologies which have invaded from opposing prongs. The entire Muslim heartland – from the Arabian Peninsula to the greater Middle East including Pakistan – is the battle ground, and the ultimate prize. Not just that the heart and soul of the Muslim world is at stake, even the geography is once again threatened to be altered radically. In terms of phenomenon and scale, the threat is so severe and unique that it has baffled even the finest Muslim thinkers, philosophers, Generals and analysts who are desperately trying to understand and then cope with the staggering emotional turmoil and the ensuing ground violence within the Muslim lands. The ideological, political and military confusion and chaos is so complete within the Muslim world that the mature reason and sound logic has almost given way to irrational radicalism or defeated resignation to the fate as violence, anarchy and the sheer pace of the events cripple the capacity of the Muslim world to develop even a reactive response let alone a pro-active one. There is no strategic threat analysis, hence no long term response strategy. The Muslim political leadership, despite hanging on to the power, has crumbled in totality to rise to the challenges, hence giving a free run to the invaders, leaving the hapless Muslim population to the wolves.
Once again it seems sharply clear that the colonial and anarchic invading forces – operating on external and internal axis — would further attempt to divide, conquer and dismember the Muslim countries into smaller territories. The 4th Generation war deployed in the greater Middle East today was first applied, experimented and perfected upon pro-Soviet Yugoslavia in the last decade of the 20th century, obliterating the country into history. Now the American wars are being waged right into the Muslim heartland, with genuine threats of re-drawing of greater Middle Eastern Maps as well. After bringing death and destruction to Afghanistan and Iraq, Pakistan is now in the eye of the storm, already staggering under the sheer scale of violence, war, chaos as well as political and economic anarchy.
Still, the threat is manageable, downslide can be checked and rock solid responses can be built but this remarkable turnaround would need genuinely great leadership with vision, courage and spiritual prowess to dream and then achieve the seemingly impossible under these desperate conditions.
The prongs:
Today, the Muslim world finds itself between the two proverbial jaws of an alligator, facing the following invading prongs from the opposing directions:
  1. The Western Crusaders, US, NATO, Neo-Cons and the Zionists. Using the full might of the western military and industrial power, backed by the massive use of information warfare and Psy-ops weapons, another wave of physical colonization of Muslim lands has begun.
  1. The Radically anarchic Takfiri Kharjee religious militants. Exploiting the heretical interpretations of religious ideals, these terrorist gangs have been on rampage within the Muslim lands, primarily targeting Iraq and Pakistan with devastating effects. By declaring war from within on the Muslim lands, the Kharjees have become the most valuable assets for the Western crusaders to justify their global war and colonization.
The crisis confronted by the Muslim world today of facing two prongs of attacks from opposing violent ideologies has only one precedent in the entire 1400 years of Muslim history though in terms of phenomenon and scale the threat today has magnified many times over.
Historically, it is not new for the Muslim world to come under attack from the powerful Western civilization or radical Zionists ideologies from the Judeo-Christian world. The Crusades are a vivid and brutal expression of the militant and violent Judeo-Christian anarchists’ ideology invading Muslim heartland for religious, political and economic reasons.
Similarly, radical anarchist thoughts within the Muslim world are also not without precedent. The Kharjiites in the early times during the times of companions of the Prophet declared war on the Muslim political and civil society. The radical and anarchists ideology of Assassins came later during 10th century and wrecked havoc within the Muslim society for almost 200 years during the times of Crusades and after. The great Kurdish Sultan of Syria and Egypt Salahuddin Ayubi had to fight and subdue Assassins within the Muslim society before he could attack and counterattack invading Crusaders from the Western world.
It would be interesting to note for our readers that the English word Assassin has come from the Arabic word Hashashin, meaning the ones who use Hashish or drugs. The Murderous thugs of  The Order of the Assassin cult were drugged with Hashish and then sent on dangerous suicide missions within the Muslim world for murders, sabotage and creating terrorism, hence the word Assassins came into the use in Western languages representing the qualities of a hidden terrorist murderer. In mid nineteenth century German historian Von Hammer wrote a rare and invaluable book on the ideology and practices of medieval age assassins titled the History of the Assassins and vividly explain their murderous practices and cult ideology which almost succeeded in over running the entire Muslim heartland even coming close to murdering Sultan Salahuddin at the peak of the Crusades. But even Salahuddin could not finish off the cloak and dagger cult of the Order of the Assassins who were finally and decisively eliminated ruthlessly by the rampaging Mongol armies which had also over run the Capital of Khilifat in Baghdad around 13th century AD.
It is only now after the times of Crusades that the Muslim world is again facing two prongs of opposing violent fascist political ideologies – Crusading Zionists and the Assassin Kharjees. – often fighting with each other as well within the Muslim world proper for control, power, influence and turf. The game is sinister, evil and indeed bloody with violent consequences for the Muslim world. External invasion fueled by religious fanaticism of the Judeo-Christian Zionists and aided by Hindu Zionists and internal sabotage by home grown cult of Kharjees recreate the threats, risks and the environment of the crusades after almost a 1000 years.
Similarly, though all Muslim Ummah disapproves of western invasion of Muslim lands, Kharjees are exploiting the Zionist invasion to wage their war against the Muslim societies and governments by declaring them partners in crime in these Crusades and thus Kharjees also trying to grab the strategic control of Muslim world by exploiting the emotional upheaval and anger within the Muslim societies due to lack of any quality leadership within Muslim countries.
War on Terror (WOT) actually means War of Crusades by Zionists within the Muslim world for its colonization using the radical ideology of Kharjees as a justification for invasion and forcing the Muslim society to accept the Zionist invasion by presenting to them the Kharjee ideology as a bigger threat to the Muslim world. So even if the Kharjee threat is not real in certain lands, creating, fabricating and promoting the phantom bogey through orchestrated media campaigns and psy-ops remains an integral part of the entire Zionist war effort.
While Zionists invade Muslim lands and occupy them, they want Muslim world to fight and finish off the Kharjees first. On the other hand, it is the ultimate desire of the Kharjees to bring about a massive high intensity conflict between the Muslim world and the Crusading Zionists so that a power and leadership vacuum within the Muslim world would allow Kharjees to break out and grab power just as Assassins did in the past during Crusades. Both Zionists and Kharjees want the other to finish off the Muslim world and are using the bogey of the other to justify their presence within the Muslim heartland and society. Both are waging war against the Muslim world and the battle ground is the Muslim urban societies with devastating effects. In reality, they are often willing partners to destroy the status quo within the Muslim world by violent means. The net result for the Muslim world would remains total and complete destruction if any or both of the ideologies succeed.
The commonly known name for the modern day Kharjees in Pakistan is Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan and the so called Al-Qaeda both of which have waged bloody wars within the Muslim world against Muslim States and Muslim societies while also occasionally terrorizing western societies as well. Comprehensive analysis and introduction of this ideology and its patronizing gangs have been discussed in detail in BrassTacks September issue. Baitullah Mehsud, Hakim ullah Mehsud, Mullah Fadlullah, Ayman Zawihiri and Osama Bin Laden as well as Uzbeks militants and Lal Masjid gangs are examples of this anarchic cult in modern times. Another example of Kharjee thought is the group of Utaibi who took over Holy Kaaba in 1979 in an armed rebellion against Saudi monarchy during Hajj which resulted in thousands of deaths in fighting in holiest Masjid of Muslims in Makkah. The similarities between the siege of Makkah in 1979 and siege of Lal Masjid in 2007 in Islamabad are strikingly obvious with similar ideological, militant and political goals of the Kharjees and with similar ends to the two cult rebellions.
The Great Game:
Having understood the ideology of the two invading prongs, this brings us to the grand strategic objectives of Neo-Con foreign policy for 21st century in Middle East, Africa and Asia. This is the larger game of the Neo-Cons for which an “enemy” had to be created and Zionist backed Kharjees played that anarchic role within the Muslim world rather brilliantly.
  1. Defense and Security of Israel and to create weak headless States in Middle East, even changing geography to create a new Middle East. Stopping Muslim countries from acquiring nuke weapons is integrated part of this objective.
  1. Containing and destruction of political and militant Islam.
  1. Control of fuel assets.
  1. Control of global trading routes, oil pipelines and strategic water ways like Gulf, Suez, Bosporus, horn of Africa, Gibraltar, Malacca straits.
  1. Encirclement and Containment of Russia.
  1. Encirclement and Containment of China.
We emphasize that everything, repeat – everything that is happening in ME, Africa and Asia has to do with one or more of these objectives and the clash between US foreign policy and the rest of the regional players who have a stake in preventing US from achieving these objectives. These world wars and global agenda have nothing to do with “war on terror”. The “WOT” is the new great game to gain strategic foothold in the 21st century.
Political heavyweight, Zbigniew Brzezinski, clarified the importance of Central Asia to US plans for global dominance in his book, “The Grand Chessboard”. In it he states:
“Ever since the continents started interacting politically, some 500 years ago, Eurasia has been the center of world power”…“For America, the chief geopolitical prize is Eurasia—and America’s global primacy is directly dependent on how long and how effectively its preponderance on the Eurasian continent is sustained”….“How America manages Eurasia is critical. Eurasia is the globe’s largest continent and is geopolitically axial. A power that dominates Eurasia would control two of the world’s three most advanced and economically productive regions. A mere glance at the map also suggests that control over Eurasia would almost automatically entail Africa’s subordination, rendering the Western Hemisphere and Oceania geopolitically peripheral to the world’s central continent. About 75% of the world’s people live in Eurasia and most of the world’s physical wealth as well, both in its enterprises and underneath its soil. Eurasia accounts for 60% of the world’s GNP and about three-fourths of the world’s known energy resources.” (“The Grand Chessboard”)
To achieve the above stated six Grand strategic objectives, Muslim lands need to be further dismembered. US forces need to be based within Muslim lands. Ethnic and sectarian wars ignited to create “new blood borders” on ethnic and religious lines. Muslim nuclear potential needs to be blunted. Defense of Israel is not possible if Pakistan or Iran posses nuclear weapons and Ballistic missiles. If Pakistan does not agree to surrender its nuclear weapons and missile program, then TTP Kharjees to be deployed to create such mayhem and anarchy within Pakistan that Pakistan becomes a failed and dysfunctional state forcing the world community to “step in” to prevent “proliferation” of nuclear weapons into “wrong” hands.
The New Middle East map planned by US, for whom multiple wars would be launched in the region, is similar to what is shown below. US government has recently officially denied any such plans to reshape the Middle East. But the events on ground and US force positioning in the region points towards what the US denies.
Know your enemy — The emergence of Zionist Christian Evangelical Neo-con thought in United States – The Christian Zionists.
The modern easy to understand name for Zionists is Neo-Conservatives Christian Evangelicals and they rule United States of America today with their ideological allies in London, Tel-Aviv and Delhi. The belief of Christian Zionists is that State of Israel must be protected at all costs as that is the place where final war with Anti-Christ, Armageddon, will take place and Christ would return to earth to lead the good Christians. Hence their fanatical loyalty to Jewish Zionists and their ideals of creating a greater Israel in the Middle East at the cost of Muslim world. Crusades of the Middle Ages were religious wars. Crusades of the 21st century are equally fanatical in religious fervor, driven by the same ideals which drove the frenzy of earlier Crusades.
It should be noted that not every Jew is a Zionist just as not every Christian is a Neo-Con.  In fact true Jews and good Christians hate Zionism and Israeli policies. There are millions of them as well but they are denied space by the mainstream media which is also controlled by the Zionists. A quick search on Google throws up many such Jewish and Christian groups rejecting Jewish and Christian Zionists.
It would be appropriate here is we give some time and space to understanding the Neo-Con Christian ideology as it is least understood phenomenon in Pakistani planners and strategists. The American Enterprise Institute (AEI) for Public Policy Research founded in 1943 during the post WWII era is located in Washington, D.C. It is an organization dedicated to strengthening national defense, Jewish cultural and political institutions of and related to Israel. The American Enterprise Institute (AEI) is fundamentally made up of mostly scholars, corporate executives and politicians with Neoconservative leanings to the right. It is more or less a central “think tank” of Zionism. They over-see and make decisions regarding trade, economics, social welfare, government tax, spending, US policies on foreign affairs and all US defense policies related to Israel and the entire Middle East. AEI is a nonpartisan organization composed of Neoconservative and Compassionate Conservative Zionists. The AEI considers itself to be the American-Jewish political presence in the world. World domination is their goal. The Neoconservative dream world is a Jewish World. Global domination with Israel by its side is the main concern of the US government and all it Neoconservative think thank organizations, such as the AEI.
Christian Zionists, or dispensationalists, give Israel total support because they think there has to be an Israel there, a place — not for Jews, but for the battle of Armageddon, which they actually believe must occur. Its part of the required steps, they believe, that will lead to their Rapture and the Second Coming of Christ. American Christianity — referring to what is variously called American Evangelism, Christian Zionism, or Dominionism, and comprising much of mainstream American Protestantism — isn’t really Christianity at all. By 1947, the Jewish Zionists in US had formed a powerful, $100 million a year, lobbyist organization in Washington that pushed Truman into pushing the U.N. into giving away 55% of the Palestinian people’s land to Zionist Jews.
But in 1947, the United States government was not infiltrated so much with Jewish Zionists or non-Jewish Zionists. The State Department, Senate, House of Representatives, Pentagon, and White House were still Christian and conservative Americans – very unlike today. Today, that infiltration is massive — it almost represents a coup d’etat. The most recent Zionist group to infiltrate the US government is called Neocons (neoconservatives).
In the 1960s Irving Kristol and other East European Zionist Jews founded the Neocon movement in New York. They followed the political, philosophical writings of another German Zionist Jew who taught at the University of Chicago and whose class many of them attended. His name is Leo Strauss (1899-1973). Kristol, the godfather of the Neocons, became the managing editor of Commentary magazine, which according to the Christian Science Monitor, became the “neocon bible.” Later, he founded additional magazines: the Public Interest and the National Interest.
Neocons teach that one of the best ways to maintain political order is to have an external threat. It unifies the people behind the President. If there is no external threat, they say, government should manufacture one. In that vain perpetual war is a good goal. War is also good because it keeps people from their more hedonistic tendencies. Therefore, the U.S. being the world’s only superpower, should aggressively use its military might to promote U.S. values around the world especially in the Middle East which translates for the Zionists into the U.S. protecting and supporting Israel at all costs.
American neo-con-Zionist hall of shame winners
The greater Israel dream of Christian and Jewish Zionists – the ultimate goal of Neocons for which Middle East needs to be reshaped.
Hindu Zionists – Hitching the ride with Western Zionists:
Hindu Zionists too are no different from their Judeo-Christian counterparts in antipathy towards Islamic world but suffer from an intrinsic inferiority complex against Muslims due to the fact that Muslims had ruled India for a thousand years till 1857 and then India fell into the hand of the British for another 90 years. Hindu zealots are burning with anger to revenge their 1000 years of shame and subjugation at the hands of Muslims but lack the courage and ferocity to do the job themselves especially against Pakistan, their arch enemy. They need Western Zionists to do the job for them. It is the ultimate dream of their foreign policy and diplomacy to get the western countries to attack and destroy Pakistan. One can still remember the eagerness and impatience of the Indian government to offer bases to the US forces after 9/11 to attack and destroy Pakistan! Just like Israelis, Indians also plan to fight Pakistan to the last American!!
About Hindu Zionists and their objectives, Vijay Prashad writes on August 8th, 2001, in a fascinating and thought provoking article titled Hindutva and Zionism:
“The fantasy entertained by the Hindu Right government is that an alliance with the world’s lions (USA-Israel) will allow India to sup at High Table, to eat high on the hog. Certainly the expectation is that trade will follow the military tie-up.
For that reason, we see a wholesale sell-out by the Hindu Right to US-Israeli foreign/military policy objectives. The Hindu Right recognize the persistence of US imperialism, and Israeli sub-imperialism — and they want a piece of the action in South Asia. It appears that the Hindu Right seeks the franchise for US lackey against what it sees as Islamic fundamentalism and Chinese Communism.
But the alliance with Israel is not so strange after all, because at the ideological level, Hindutva is much like Zionism, for both extol the importance of the Race-State, and both cast aspersions at the presence of a Muslim minority. An India-born analyst at the Zionist Freeman Center in Houston, Texas, makes just this connection: “Islamic fascists see Bharat [India] as the soft spot to propagate their irrational creed and foment violence. India tries to placate them. Israel expels them. This is what Bharat should do. If they hate Hindu Rashtra so much they are free to leave for dar-ul Islam.”
At the unofficial level, the links seem to be growing. Among semi-fascists the links are deep. The restless lions of west and south Asia join the tigers of East Asia to encircle China and the predominantly Muslim states of west and central Asia. The big cats are at Genoa, but they significantly meet in military headquarters and in the secure offices of arms merchants around the world, eager to undermine the political process with the sorts of hardware that ensures that our world remain undemocratic. Empire is alive and well”
The Dirty Wars:
Post 9/11 American wars to redraw the Middle East are based on what Robert Greene, in his book “The 33 strategies of War”, described as unconventional or dirty war. Greene explained this war further;
“A general fighting a war must constantly search for an advantage over the opponent. The greatest advantage comes from the element of surprise, from hitting enemies with strategies that are novel, outside their experience, completely unconventional. It is in the nature of war; however, that over time any strategy with any possible application will be tried and tested, so that the search for the new and unconventional has an innate tendency to become more and more extreme. At the same time, moral and ethical codes that governed warfare for centuries have gradually loosened. These two effects dovetail into what we today call “dirty war”, where anything goes down to the killing of thousands of unwarned civilians. Dirty war is political, deceptive and supremely manipulative. Often the last recourse of the weak and desperate, it uses any means available to level the playing field.
The dynamic of the dirty has filtered into society and the culture at large. Weather in politics, business or society, the way to defeat your enemy is to surprise them, to come at them from an unexpected angle. And the increasing pressures of these daily wars make dirty strategies inevitable. People go underground: they seem nice and decent but use slippery devious methods behind the scenes.”
So basically now, following is the brief summary of the ridiculous situation in which Pakistan finds itself today due to these US “dirty wars”. It is a master piece of Pakistan’s foreign and national security policy blunders, failures and confusion fully exploited by the Zionists and Kharjee Fascists.
  1. US is threatening to invade Pakistani tribal areas and regularly attack targets of its choice using Drones and other means. Relations between US and Pakistan are tense, nervous and based on mistrust and betrayal. US supplies pass through Pakistan making US vulnerable to developments in Pakistan. War in Afghanistan is not going as US had wanted creating a military and political crisis for United States and NATO, making US even more nervous and jittery towards Pakistan. US now want Pakistan to fight Afghan Taliban and other resistance groups on behalf of the Americans and is using all forms of carrots and sticks to push Pakistan into another war in North Waziristan.
  1. Pakistan is still not sure on its role in Afghanistan and remains clueless without an Afghan policy nor has defined rules of engagement with the US. Even after nearly 10 years of Afghan war, Pakistan has no vision to protect its interests and assets in Afghanistan nor have defined and declared national security goals. Despite the anarchic chaos and the conflict within Pakistan due to US presence in Afghanistan, the government and the military is still not sure what is good for Pakistan – American presence in Afghanistan or their withdrawal from it!!
  1. Kabul government remains hostile to Islamabad supporting multiple insurgencies, supporting the Indians to establish bases all along the western borders, staging terror campaigns inside Pakistan and protecting wanted terrorists. Pakistan has not made any significant breakthrough in the Northern alliance nor taken any independent initiative to play aggressive role as peace maker in Afghanistan. The hesitation and lack of confidence to get involved is breathtaking in Islamabad.
  1. TTP Kharjees, Al-Qaeda and their allied militant gangs have maintained their open war against the State of Pakistan. Their supplies remain open from Afghanistan making it impossible to eliminate this threat decisively despite major gains made by the army against these terrorists. The entire judicial system of the country has collapsed to respond to the threat. Security forces are fighting a reactive war where the advantage remains with the terrorists to hit at urban soft targets of their choice with surprise and impunity.
  1. Afghan Taliban are still not considered as assets for Pakistan nor offering any direct support to crush the Kharjee insurgency against Pakistan. They have not declared any war against Pakistan though but are extremely unhappy with the way Pakistan has handled the entire crisis.
  1. Indian Zionists continues to work on the plan to get Pakistan beaten up by the Americans. They have been on this agenda since 9/11 when they had offered bases to the US to attack Pakistan!  It is Indian desire that a situation is created in which an open confrontation is developed between Pakistan and US where US would be doing the dirty job of destroying Pakistan to the utter pleasure and advantage of India. US and India have now successfully forged an open and aggressive alliance against “Islamic” threat from Pakistan. Meanwhile Indians are busy trying to crush the Kashmiri uprising and resistance in the valley taking advantage of the favorable environment in the region against Islamic militancy and Pakistan.
  1. The government in Islamabad remains incapacitated, corrupt and dysfunctional almost turning Pakistan into a banana republic if army and the Supreme Court were not there to salvage some dignity. The economic and governance collapse is almost total with real possibilities of a street level anarchic chaos unless the regime is changed urgently. This is what both the Zionists and Kharjees had planned to bring about from the very beginning and is being facilitated by the corrupt regime.
  1. National media remains equally confused and directionless, even hostage to the Kharjee terrorists and the Neo-Cons. US information warfare has penetrated deep into Pakistani media controlling the direction, content and the perception management of the Pakistani nation. Despite massive devastation and TTP driven war against the State, media remains dreadfully silent to nail and name the perpetrators. The “free” media has willfully surrendered its “freedom” to the dreaded terrorists.
  1. Despite having closest and common national security interests, Pakistan has still not used the power and clout of China to exert itself in the region and in Afghanistan to create a favorable space for both countries.
  1. Iran remains isolated from Pakistan despite some cooperation at security and economic issues. Both countries have not yet discussed Afghanistan and American presence seriously nor have forged any common strategy to secure Afghanistan after the US withdrawal or to force a US withdrawal.
  1. Pakistan has still not build any relations with Russia which has great interest in countering US aggressive postures in Eurasian region and is looking for allies in South and West Asia.
The Challenge and the Response:
The biggest failure of Pakistani leadership so far is that they have failed to see the threats emerging from the Neo-Con ideology!! The Neo-cons are as sinister and existential threat as the Kharjee terrorists but in Islamabad, Neo-Cons are taken as friends and masters. While Kharjee terrorist threat is considered as the biggest national security risk, the Neo-Con colonial and hostile agenda against Pakistan and in the region is dismissed as just a conspiracy theory! This sheer lack of political, historic and philosophical vision, touching the limits of stupidity and insanity by the political leadership has brought Pakistan to this unprecedented crisis stage.
Pakistan’s has still not decided if the US presence in Afghanistan is part of the problem or is it the part of the solution to Pakistan’s national security challenges. It cannot get more ironic than this.
It is the US presence in Afghanistan which is causing all the chaos and anarchy in the region. Indians, Kharjees and the terrorism breed under the US umbrella. When Afghan Taliban were in Afghanistan between 1996 to 2001, not a single incident of bombings, terrorism and insurgency was reported in Pakistan. Indians had been eliminated from Afghanistan and drugs were not flowing into Pakistan. There was no insurgency in Baluchistan. Pakistan had not lost a single soldier or civilian to political terrorism during that period. TTP never existed. Even if the so called Al-Qaeda existed in Afghanistan, they were kept in strong check by the Afghan Taliban, never causing any security hazard to Pakistan.
Even today, a strong mind exists in Pakistani government and policy makers which strongly feel that US must stay in Afghanistan to bring “stability”! They feel that NATO supplies must pass through Pakistan so that Pakistan may maintain leverage over US in Afghanistan. It is believed by them that if Pakistan demands US withdrawal from Afghanistan, it would make US openly hostile towards the Islamic republic and it would impose sanctions on Islamabad and the country would collapse under the economic meltdown! They believe and propagate that Afghans are not capable to manage their own affairs hence a foreign Western force is required to eliminate “terrorism” from the region. The Neo-Con perception management and disinformation teams have done a fantastic job at spreading despondency and strategic confusion within Pakistani leadership.
Major segments of the Pakistan government are open collaborators with the Neo-Cons. They are not expected to protect or understand Pakistan’s security needs. But even a segment of the patriots, for lack of understanding of the Neo-Con threat and their great game against Pakistan, believe that US should continue to stay in Afghanistan and give above reasons as excuse. This great confusion within the political and military leadership is the precise reason why there is still no Afghan policy or vision in Pakistan despite suffering so much for the last 10 years.
Let us make it clear firmly and decisively. If Pakistan wants to come out of the crisis, there is no option but to be ruthless.
  1. There can be no peace in Pakistan if US remains in Afghanistan. It is the US presence which has brought Pakistan to this brink. Sooner we throw the Americans out, the better. The leverage which Pakistan has over US for economic and military aid due to their supply lines passing through Pakistan is nothing compared to the damages, losses and chaos which is created in the country due to the US presence.
  1. US is broke economically and militarily. The two wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have broken the back of the Neo-Con war machine. There is no way US can threaten Pakistan militarily. This major US vulnerability should be powerfully used in strategic negotiations to demand a US withdrawal and to eliminate Indian influence from Afghanistan.
  1. Pakistan must now decisively demand a US withdrawal from the region.
  1. A regional political and diplomatic power bloc between Pakistan, China, Iran and Russia can be created which should further bolster Pakistan’s posture in demanding a US withdrawal. All countries are anti-US and want exit of the western forces from Afghanistan.
  1. Pakistan must aggressively and openly engage with all factions of the Afghan conflict and exert its due role in bringing the warring Afghan factions closer for peace. Most of the Northern alliance factions are former Afghan Mujahideen parties of the Afghan Jihad era and can easily be brought back into our fold. So far, no serious attempt has been made to bring them back.
  1. Pakistan should pr-actively and preemptively hit at TTP and Kharjee bases in Afghanistan and exert pressure on US, NATO and Afghan regime to “do more” to check and control the logistics and supplies of the terrorist networks. The war against Kharjees will have to enter Afghanistan by all covert and overt means.
  1. Zero tolerance and no mercy policy towards Kharjee terrorist with special military courts to put to trial and eliminate the captured militants. Since the civilian courts have totally collapsed to respond to the threat, the clauses in the military law to be invoked which allow for a military court martial for the captured “civilian” terrorists and insurgents.
  1. Neo-Cons influence into Pakistani media and policy making to be eliminated to be replaced with indigenous homegrown national security and media policy to revive the national ideology and patriotism.
The crisis is staggering. The challenge remains phenomenal. The stakes are of life and death for this nation. If it was not for the army, the country would have already disintegrated under the two prong Kharjee and Zionists threat axis. Pakistan has never faced such monumental existential threats of such staggering intensity in such short duration of time. What is cruelly ironic is that this crisis is self created by the leadership in the past 10 years and have emerged due to deliberate blunders of policy, diplomacy, politics, strategy and perception management. The solution lies in undoing the damages done on the above mentioned points.
The crisis is still totally manageable in shortest possible time. The problem is sharply defined, solutions clear. Assets are available, resources are in hand, military strength available to enforce political decisions and the global and regional geo-politics rapidly turning into Pakistan’s favor, military gaining ground against internal threats and beginning to hard bargain with the foreign forces but still we see complete lack of coherence in the national policies. The ship remains rudderless and in seriously turbulent waters. The crisis of leadership is phenomenal undoing all the sacrifices and the advantages gained on ground. If saving Pakistan means bringing a regime change in Islamabad first, then so be it!

{EOP}Discovering the Third Option for Pakistan![Khilafat-e-Rashida Model]

Democracy or Dictatorship? Religious Extremism or Secular Westernization?
Discovering the Third Option for Pakistan!

A latest poll of youth by BrassTacks, incredibly, suggested that almost 85% of youth in Pakistan are now demanding judicial, political and economic systems in the country to be remodelled on the pattern of Khilafat-e-Rashida (KR), the golden benchmark era of Islam. This is a stunning paradigm shift in the thinking of the modern Pakistani youth who are now rejecting the modern democracy and dictatorships for an alternate home-grown ideological and historical model of governance based on KR. On March 23rd, 2010, Pakistani youth passed a resolution in Lahore to demand that Pakistan be remodelled on the pattern of Khilafat-e-Rashida and not the democracy or dictatorship.
In Pakistan, our society swings between two extremes without any voice of moderation and sanity. It’s either democracy or the dictatorship in politics. It’s either religious extremism or secular westernization in matters of ideology. It’s either capitalism or the communism in spheres of economy. No one ever envisaged a third option in matters of ideology, politics, governance or the economy. Now Pakistani youths are demanding the unthinkable – the fascinatingly balanced KR model.
Before I get into the details of my argument on the above subject, I would like to categorically make certain statements.
•    Pakistan is an ideological Islamic State where Quran and Sunnah will remain the supreme guiding beacons for lawmaking in all spheres of life. The country was founded in the name of Islam and would always remain an Islamic country. Pakistan is NOT and will never become a secular State. Inshallah.
•    Allama Iqbal is the contemporary visionary guide of ideological and philosophical basis of Pakistan and the entire Muslim Ummah. His thoughts, ideology and vision have a great role to play in achieving the destiny of Pakistan as well as the entire Ummah.
•    Quaid-e-Azam is the greatest political leader of the Muslims of the Indian sub-continent. Quaid-e-Azam and the founding fathers of Pakistan never envisioned a secular Pakistan but laid the basis of an enlightened, modern and just Islamic State which would have a great role to play within the Muslim Ummah.
•    Two nations theory remains foundation of creation of Pakistan and would remain strongly valid forever.
•    Khilafat-e-Rashida model of governance is NOT an outdated, medieval, dogmatic, narrow or sectarian ideology of extremism nor does it represent liberal westernization of Pakistani society in the name of modernization. KR is ideally envisioned to represent the true ethos of Islam with tolerant face and benevolent values as desired in Islamic doctrine and philosophy and as practiced in totality in the early golden era and in part throughout the Muslim history.
Now I come to the details of my argument and would heavily rely upon a policy speech by Dr. Mahathir Muhammad for his precious inputs to supplement our core argument. Much of the content below has been drawn from it.
In the last 200 years, in the period of downfall of the Muslim civilization, the only new ideas, which have come our way, have all come from the rich West. Our faith has been assailed with such ideas and ideologies as Secularism, Liberalism, Republicanism, Capitalism, Socialism, Communism and a lot of others.  If we care to examine all these so-called perfect solutions to the woes of humanity, we will find that eventually they all proved to be failures, that the very people who conceive and espouse them would lose their faith and enthusiasm and that finally such solutions would be discarded as harmful. But while they are charmed by these ideas they would not hesitate to force them upon the world, by every means at their disposal.
We have no part in the formulation of these ideas, nor with the periodical reinterpretation and enlargement of their application.  Being unable to reject the logic and due to universal acceptance of these ideas, we are forced to try and justify them according to Islam. Quite naturally we will fail because our religion insists on justice and morality and not the absolute freedom leading to immorality now being advocated by the West. We must therefore consciously reject such ideologies.
Islam is faced with this ideological challenge and the challenges of more new ideas, which will come out of the West. The capacity of Islam to emerge victorious in the ideological war is undermined by our own insistence and emphasis on form rather than substance. For example, we stress the manner with which trials should be carried out and the punishment meted rather than the justice that Islam promotes.
We talk about the need for Muslims to be strong in defense of themselves but we neglect the study of the sciences needed to enable us to produce modern weapons ourselves. Instead we only stress religious studies and religious piety in order to gain merit in the next world. In the process, we neglect the injunction of Islam to always be quipped to defend ourselves and to instill fear in the hearts of the enemy.
It is because we misinterpret or wrongly emphasize the teachings of Islam and stress form instead of substance, that we Muslims find ourselves unable to meet the challenges of the Industrial Age and now the Information Age. We should have learnt the lessons from our failure to participate in the Industrial revolution and should prepare ourselves to participate in the Information revolution, but we have not.
Yet we Muslims are no less capable of acquiring knowledge, of innovations and inventions, spewing new ideas. We are as capable of governing, developing and strengthening our countries as good as anyone else can be. We know what we need to do.  Indeed our religion gives us all the necessary guidance. If today we lag behind, disdained and oppressed by others it is because we have actually forsaken the true teachings of our religion and returned to our pre-Islamic ways, feuding with each other, closing our minds to modern knowledge and ignoring reality, deceiving ourselves that we are better than others when we are not.
If we are to face the challenges of the 21st Century, the first thing we must do is to put our own houses in order.  We have to administer our countries well, promoting stability and economic growth, using the wealth we generate to build needed infrastructures and to equip ourselves with all the skills of the Information Age and of the Industrial Age as well.  We must always be at the cutting edge of technology.
To do all this we need to be rational. It is understandable that we should feel frustrated and angry while watching everywhere Muslims are being oppressed. They are frequently massacred, their countries forced to accept hostile foreign dominance which render them just nominally independent. We are helpless to defend ourselves or our Muslim brothers anywhere. We see them being shot and killed virtually before our eyes and there is nothing we can do about it.
After 9/11, Islam and not the terrorism is biggest issue for the West. Islam has been burnt, bruised, branded and abused under the garb of war against terrorism in every part of the world including the Muslim world. It is not just the extremists who are angry, even the most moderate and docile Muslims are feeling threatened under the aggressive drive against Islam and Muslims globally. Their anger is universal but its expression is different for extremists and moderate Muslims. Just because moderate Muslims are not sending suicide bombers does not mean they are not hurt or angry. They are just silent or cribbing but are indeed very angry.
We appeal for justice to those who talk incessantly of justice and we see them ignoring us.  We see those powerful nations committing horrendous crimes against humanity and Muslims only to blame us as terrorists. We look at , Kashmir, Palestine, Chechnya, Afghanistan and Iraq and our own humiliation at the hands of dominant powers. Human rights, justice, and fair play we find to be only meaningless words and our anger overflows. In frustration we resort to violence. But our frustration only worsens because we gain nothing from this, only more oppression.
We become frustrated with our own countries and our governments.  Why cannot they do something about the oppression and humiliation of the Muslims?  We vent our anger against our governments by more acts of violence and terrorism, this time directed at our own governments and leaders.  Again we gain nothing but only succeed in weakening ourselves further. After years of indiscriminate acts of terrorism, what do we have to show for the sacrifices we made? Nothing. We have only brought more oppression and more painful retaliations against us. We have not advanced our cause one iota. We and our own governments and countries have become weaker.
We want quick fixes but there are no quick solutions to our problems. And most of us refuse to believe in the truth of this, in the reality of our failures. We just do not seem able to learn.
If we are going to meet the challenges of the 21st Century, we should pause now and take stock.  And having done that calmly and dispassionately we should then set out to plan for our future; not the next year, not the next decade, but the whole century and more for that is how long it will take to achieve any degree of success.
First of all we must go back to the true teachings of Islam, to the Quran and the Hadith. These teachings had obviously converted the ignorant desert Arabs into brave and talented people who in less than 100 years, were able to build a huge empire extending from Spain in the West to China in the East- the greatest civilization the world had ever seen. If Islam could do these for the ‘Jahiliah’, the ignorant ones, there is no reason why it cannot do the same for us now.
The truth is that we have deviated from the teachings of Islam; we have at times rejected it in practical terms. We have grossly abused it. Thus, we are told to be brothers and to fight only those not of the faith who make us their enemies, we now fight ‘jihads’ against fellow Muslims, declaring them to be infidels when we know they are not.  We should be preaching love and brotherhood of fellow Muslims but the learned ones, the political ‘ulamas’ are very fond of preaching hatred of other Muslims who do not accept their teachings and politics and urging holy wars against them, while ignoring completely the non-Muslim enemies who are oppressing Muslims.  Indeed by what they preach and do, they are actually helping the enemies of Islam.
We are enjoined by Islam to be fair and just in the administration of our laws. But we care not for justice and fairness as long as we uphold the process of judgment. In some instances, we advocate punishing the victim rather than the criminal. After 1400 years, we have still not codified Islamic laws, leaving it to the judge to refer instances of similar crimes in the past to pass judgment and sentence. For most of the Muslim countries, the due process of law has not been institutionalized, even though Muslim jurists abound in Muslim societies.
We are enjoined by the Quran to prepare the means to defend Islam and the Muslim Ummah. We are told to maintain warhorses, swords etc.  That may have put fear in the hearts of the foes of the Muslims in the time of the Prophet but it will not work today. We need guns and tanks, fighter planes and battleships etc. But we are not truly capable of producing these weapons. We may be licensed to produce them but by and large we have to buy them, sometimes from the very people who are our foes.
If we are really to put fear in their hearts and to be able to defend ourselves then we must have the capability to devise and produce these arms ourselves, upgrading them to keep pace or to be ahead of the rest of the world. To do this we must acquire the necessary scientific and technical knowledge, industrial skills and capacity and management know-how. But we do not possess these skills because we are not encouraged by our religious leaders to acquire such knowledge.  They urge us to study religion instead, as this is believed to gain us merit in the hereafter. That we fail to protect the Muslims as enjoined by the Quran actually commit a mortal sin does not seem to bother these people.
If we go back to the true teachings of Islam on the need to be able to defend ourselves, we cannot but agree on the need to acquire knowledge of the sciences and the technologies, which will enable us to design and produce the weapons for our protection.  Indeed if we follow the teachings of Islam we must acquire knowledge in all fields to ensure the well being of Muslims and the safety of their countries. We should actually be formulating and improving on all the sciences and skills required for a modern Islamic state where the Ummah is protected and where they are free of poverty, have adequate food, are able to provide clothes for themselves, live in decent dwellings, are respected and even looked upon by the rest of the world.
Good governments are not beyond us, Muslims. We need a professional civil service, a professional police force and a professional defense force. They can all be trained and installed with right spirit and the proper sense of duty to the nation.  Rules and regulations, rewards and punishment can be devised to ensure that there is minimal corruption or abuse.  Systems of monitoring performances can be put in place in order to maximize the achievements of the government.
Under a good honest leader, be he a king or a Prime minister or a President or a military ruler, helped by able advisers and experts, a country can be developed to a high level. It can become stable, peaceful, wealthy and fully able to deal with all kind of challenges, both ideological and material.  It can become sophisticated in every way, able to compete in every field. Being a Muslim country will not prevent this from being achieved. We are not going to be able to do this overnight.  It will take time, a lot of time, but it is possible. There is nothing inherent in Islam or in the Muslims to prevent them from achieving this. Islam enjoins upon us to be patient and this is what we need to be right now.
Even if we strive towards establishing stable and peaceful Muslim countries, we should be preparing ourselves to deal with the challenges that will come our way. We are now already in the Information Age. It is going to transform our lives completely. We have to accept that there is no way we can isolate and insulate ourselves.  We are going to be assailed by information, both good and bad, and that, which can undermine our faith.  We will have to strengthen our Islamic moral strength not by appealing to blind faith but by reason and logic. Certainly, we must not try to ignore what is happening around us. We must know that what is bad will weaken and destroy us but what is good will give us strength and success and knowing this we must resolve to reject what is bad and extol and practice what is good as enjoined upon us by Islam.
Mastery of the sciences and the technologies should be easy if we are not prevented from learning them or harassed by the theologians. I am sure that given the opportunity Muslim scholars will once again dominate the world. They will not only master the extant knowledge but will develop new knowledge. Best of all, their faith will bring morality into the application of the knowledge that they will acquire.
Muslims must eschew aggressiveness and thoughtless violence. As good Muslims we must seek peace and seek to live in peace with the rest of the world. I am absolutely sure that the oppression of the Muslims will cease once the Muslims and their countries are as well developed as the best developed countries in the world are.  We must of course be capable of defending ourselves with our own weapons but they should never be used for blatant aggression but instead play a role together with other countries in the maintenance of peace in the world.
Today many Muslim countries are very rich but they are not categorized as developed. The reason is clear. They do not have the industrial and commercial capacities of the developed countries. On the other hand there are many Muslim countries, which are extremely poor.  They have mostly to depend on the charity of the non-Muslims. Few Muslim countries have foreign aid programs even for Muslim countries. But should the Muslim countries only help poor Muslim countries after becoming successful in establishing good governments and developing themselves?  No, rather as the non-Muslims help Muslim countries, we should be prepared to help all poor countries.
In a world that is so extremely rich, there really should not be any poor country. We can blame the people of these countries for their own poverty but blaming them will not make them rich.  The rich of the world, Muslims or non-Muslims, must help the poor to enrich them.  This is entirely possible.  We should not be proselytizing but we must correct their wrong impressions of Islam as being an anachronism given to violent and irrational behaviors.  It is the duty of Muslims to give Islam a good image even if it gains us nothing.  But I believe, it will benefit us a lot as we seek to play a role in world affairs in the 21st Century.
Muslims must make up for the mistakes of the past, which left Islam in disrepute. We should not seek to be accepted just as partners in the building of a better world rather we should prove that it is our right, as Muslims, and that our countries have as much capacity to influence the direction of the world progress as anyone else possibly can possess. We are being forced to accept a globalised world. So far it is an idea crystallized and interpreted by the West. But it is not necessary that their interpretation is right or final. We the Muslim countries must have a say, a big say, in the shaping of this globalised world.
But we must base our stand on the logic of our interpretation rather than merely saying that it is based on our faith. Muslims may accept the injunctions of the religion without question but others will not. We must put up our ideas and proposals based on logic and reasoning and on the maximum good that it can bring to the maximum number of people. This should not be too difficult because globalization as it is presently defined will benefit only the rich few.  Indeed the richest will be benefited the most and the poorest will get even poorer. Our proposals must be more equitable and fair, aiming at nothing less than the enriching of all peoples of the world, irrespective of race, religion or geographical location.
This is the role that Muslim nations and especially Pakistan can play in the 21st Century. While striving to establish good relation among Muslim countries, while striving for and adopting good governance and developing their nations, having discarded the senseless expression of anger and frustrations, the Muslim nations must help contribute towards world peace and prosperity by adopting a rational clear-headed policy in their relation with each other and with the rest of the world. The Muslims and Muslim countries must once again play the role that they played when they built the great Muslim civilization. After achieving this or even while striving to achieve this, it’s most likely that many of the problems in the relations between Muslim and non-Muslim countries will be resolved.
The challenges of the 21st century will be many and varied. But these challenges can be met and, if not overcome, at least can be somewhat blunted if the Muslims face them with rationality and resoluteness. Through this process, the role of the Muslim countries will be defined and recognized.
The 21st Century must be made the century for the world where everyone, including the Muslims and their countries will prosper and take their proper place as equal partners.  Our role is not to be dominated but to be equal partners in a richer equitable world that is more rational. Inshallah.
The Two Visions of Iqbal:
Allama Iqbal simply did not operate on intellectual plane alone. He was blessed with a unique balance of various paradoxical ideas. He combined modern thought process with traditional wisdom backed by intense spiritual enlightenment which enabled him to emerge as the most profound dreamer and visionary of the 20th century, still inspiring the entire Ummah from central Asia to North Africa. It is time we once again refer back to him to respond to the challenges faced by Pakistan and Ummah.
But before that, we need to ponder on his visions and ideals and the mission he aspired for.
Iqbal envisaged Pakistan’s role in two steps:
1.    The short term vision was creation of a separate homeland for the Muslims of India to make it a model Islamic state to act as a base to achieve the larger and long term second vision.
2.    The second and long term dream of Iqbal was the reformation, renaissance and recapturing the lost glory of the Ummah. He envisioned a united Muslim world, powerful, educated, progressive and moderate, playing a decisive role in global affairs for the betterment of entire humanity. Pakistan was to be the base area to initiate this massive reversal of fortunes after centuries of retreat and defeats of the Muslim world.
“There should be one Muslim world for the defence of their                 spiritual and ideological centre of gravity (Haramain). From                 the shores of Nile to the planes of Central Asia”.     Iqbal.
“The visionary people will create new centres of Islamic civilization
I am not looking towards Kufa and Baghdad for guidance and leadership”
Iqbal.
The Role of Quaid-e-Azam:
Quaid-e-Azam was handpicked by Iqbal to fulfil his first dream. Quaid was not a visionary per se but was a brilliant executor of Iqbal’s vision, with leadership qualities fit for the mammoth task of carving out a Muslim base area under the resistance of hostile forces of British Empire and Hindu conspirators. Iqbal’s choice was stunningly correct.

But the physical role of Quaid-e-Azam ended soon after the creation of Pakistan. He shared and was inspired by Iqbal on the future of Pakistan but did not have time to complete it. The geographic boundaries of Pakistan were created but spiritual, ideological and visionary goals need some time to complete.
Pakistan’s unfinished destiny:
Under the vision of Iqbal, it is the destiny of Pakistan to become the leader of the Muslim world to unite the Ummah, lead the charge to reformation and progress and reclaim the lost glory of the Ummah to play decisive role in the affairs of the modern world today. Seems like an impossible task but destined nevertheless.
Great nations have great dreams and greater perseverance to achieve the impossible. Our nation needs hope, it needs self respect and dignity more than anything else. All else would automatically follow.
Secular and liberal western extremism and radical thinking cannot be fought with religious extremism. Without arming ourselves with enlightened and benevolent ideological principles of Quran and Sunnah as explained by Iqbal, the hold of the radicals – both secular and religious — cannot be broken, nor can the moral authority be achieved domestically and globally within the Ummah.
Defining and projecting the ideological parameters in all aspects of national and international life is neither extremism nor a path of confrontation but truly a path of moderation within the country and a strategy of benevolent defiance and honourable co-existence with other countries and civilizations.
Under the spearhead and encompassing envelope of ideological vision and parameters drawn from the Khilafat-e-Rashida, would emerge our defence strategy, economic goals, foreign policy, governance methodologies and social welfare and social justice programs, all flowing from the fountainhead of ideological pillar of Khilafat-e-Rashida and having their own set of goals and visions to be achieved.
The following four points represent the vision to become the guiding beacon for all national policies and strategies for future. This is the greater, finer and magnanimous interpretation of Iqbal and Islam in modern time which will make sense to even the most severe critics.
•    Pakistan as a leader of the Muslim world taking charge of all the global Muslim issues.
•    Pakistan as the powerful Islamic nuclear power with solid homeland defence.
•    Pakistan as an Islamic welfare State modelled on the pattern of Khilafat-e- Rashida with emphasis on social justice, social welfare and equitable distribution of wealth. Maintaining and defending its Islamic ideology and character while rejecting the extremisms of all kinds either religious or secular liberalist.
•    Pakistan acting as a bridge between various civilizations – between Islam and West, Islam and China. Dealing with dominant and power nations on the basis of honourable co-existence based on ‘Sura Kafirun’.
It is also time to protect and project our core Islamic values and identity. Without Islamic ideology and identity, there is and will be no Pakistan. Our ideological frontiers must be guarded just like our geographical boundaries and nuclear assets with similar jealousy and responsibility.
Islam is a complete and supreme ideology and does not need to borrow its morality, economy and politics from the West or the East for completion. We in Pakistan do not wish to adopt the morals, values, culture and faith of other civilizations despite loud noises by some “liberal” thinkers. We only need to protect, cultivate and project our own values based on our own universal faith.
For example, which model for emancipation of women do the extremists of both camps want us to follow, The American model, the western model, the Indian model or the Taliban model? Shall we make our women abused, humiliated and sexually exploited object of fun of the West and Bollywood or shall we make them as suppressed and restricted as the women of Taliban? In short we reject all of these models as none of these is balanced. We would rather want to implement the model given to us by our faith, values and ideology as practiced in early days of Khilafat-e- Rashida. I agree that we have to go a long way but it is Muslims who have to be blamed not Islam for the weaknesses. We definitely do not need to amalgamate Islam with other ideologies to make it “perfect”. Yes, we do need to revive the institution of Ijtihad to meet the challenges of the present times and environments but that remains within the permissible boundaries of Quran and Sunnah.
If Islam suppresses women then how it can be explained that Islam is the fastest growing religion in America with western women being the maximum number of converts towards Islam leaving behind their “liberated” western values and culture? What peace and serenity is that modern westerners are finding in the Islam which our own “liberals” are finding hard to digest or explain?
The declaration of divinely given moderate Policy of honourable co-existence between civilizations:
Sura-Kafiroon is a brief Surah in Quran. This six verse Surah is the most incredible and concise declaration of foreign policy of an Islamic state for mutual honourable co-existence within the community of nations in the world. It says literally:
“Please announce to all those who do not deliberately accept Islam as their code of life. I will not worship what you worship nor would you worship what I worship. Nor will I ever worship what you worship nor would you ever worship what I worship. You follow your code of life; I follow my code of life”
Interpretation for modern times as policy of dignified co-existence for all nations based on true principles of Islam:
The Islamic civilization in general and the Islamic State in particular would like to make a policy statement to all other contemporary civilizations and nations states co-existing in the world from various religious and cultural divide who do not share Islam as their code of life and article of faith.
The Islamic State announce that Islam and Muslims do not wish to adopt the faith, values, culture, policies, morals, manners, laws and etiquettes of non-Muslim civilizations and countries. We also acknowledge that all non-Muslim civilizations and countries would also not adopt the faith, values, culture, morals, values and laws of the Islamic civilization and Islamic countries.
We also wish to pronounce in no uncertain terms that this declaration of policy is for all times to come and is an irrevocable, non-negotiable statement and Muslims and Islamic civilization would never adopt the value systems of other civilizations and countries. We also fully respect and acknowledge the right of all other existing civilizations that they too have all the right to follow their own set of values and articles of faith for all times to come without any compulsion to follow the code of life of Islamic civilization and Islamic state.
Islamic civilization and Islamic state acknowledge the right of all other existing civilizations and countries to honourably co-exist and follow their own set of faith, values and ideology. Islamic State also expect all other civilizations to reciprocate the same spirit and accept the right of Islamic civilization to follow, implement and practice its own set of values and laws in the domain of its influence. All sides would respect and tolerate each other and would abstain from coercion, blackmail, influence, and threat to other civilization to impose its own version of faith, values and code of life on the others. Muslims and Islamic countries would live in peace and would expect others to live in peace too but would resist and counter with full force all attempts by any other existing civilization or faith to impose its version of code of life on Islamic countries or civilizations. Our final advice to all civilizations would be to live and let live with dignity, honour, respect and mutual sharing and assistance. This will guarantee global peace and progress for all humanity as one large diverse community of humanity.
And in the end to quote from Iqbal once again:
“Makkah has sent a message to Geneva,
What is better? United nations or United Humanity?”
Within the community of nations and within Pakistan, Khilafat e Rashida model of governance is the manifest destiny which awaits us, Inshallah.
