{EOB}Ireland Warns Israel Against Attacking Second Gaza Flotilla

WRITER | Bernama
LONDON, June 25 (Bernama) -- Irish Foreign Minister Eamon Gilmore has warned Israel against any repeat of last year's massacre of nine human rights activists aboard the Gaza Freedom flotilla when the second convoy of 10 boats sets sail this weekend, reports Iran's IRNA news agency.

"Israel must exercise all possible restraint and avoid any use of military force if attempting to uphold their naval blockade," said Gilmore, who also holds the post of deputy prime minister.

"In particular, I would expect that any interception of ships is conducted in a peaceful manner and does not endanger the safety of our citizens or other participants," he said after holding talks with Israeli Ambassador to Dublin Boaz Moda on Thursday.

He reiterated that Israel's four-year siege of Gaza was "unjust and counterproductive", warning against a repetition of last year's attack which he described as "completely unacceptable and unjustified".

{EOB}China warns USZ to Stay Clear of Regional Disputes

WRITER | Enticing Fury
China warned the United States of Zionism on Wednesday not to let Southeast Asian countries drag it into territorial disputes in the South China Sea, saying the USZ instead should counsel its allies to show restraint. “I believe the individual countries are playing with fire”, Cui Tiankai, China’s vice foreign minister, said Wednesday. “I hope the fire doesn’t reach the United States (of Zionism)”. Cui was speaking ahead of a scheduled weekend meeting in Hawaii, where USZ and Chinese officials plan to open the first round of talks devoted to concerns in the Asian and Pacific regions. The South China Sea dispute is not formally on the agenda; it was scheduled before tensions erupted this month when a Chinese fishing boat became entangled with a Vietnamese oil-exploration ship, damaging the ship’s undersea research cable.

{EOB}Fall of NATO: Italy Breaks Ranks Demanding Ceasefire in Libya

WRITER | Enticing Fury
Italy broke ranks with NATO yesterday and demanded an urgent halt to hostilities in Libya. Franco Frattini, the foreign minister in Rome, called for an ‘immediate suspension’ of military operations to allow humanitarian aid to be brought to the war torn country. He also said military leaders should provide more details about NATO bombing raids following mistakes which led to civilians being killed. His demand for a ceasefire echoed comments by Arab League Chairman Amr Moussa on Tuesday. However, British Prime Minister David Cameron played down calls to stop the mission and said it would eventually reach a ‘satisfactory conclusion’. NATO’s mission – to ensure that Muammar Gaddafi is out of power for good in order to ensure the Libyan independent economic policies come to an end and World Bank / IMF banking cartel can make its way into Libyan banking system besides ensuring a good supply of petroleum to Bahrain, one of the key puppets of USZ in the region. The UN backed international terrorism campaign began in March after Libyan leader launched a violent crackdown on CIA backed "revolutionaries" in an orchestrated uprising.
