{EOP}Pakistan Army warns USZ & India

Top commanders of the Pakistan Army have unanimously decided to reduce presence of USZ military personnel in the country to bare essential. Chairing the 138th Corps Commanders Conference held Thursday at General Headquarters, Rawalpindi, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, while discussing the USZ raid to kill Osama bin Laden, made it very clear that any similar action violating the sovereignty of Pakistan will warrant a review on the level of military and intelligence cooperation with the United States of Zionism. As regards the possibility of similar hostile action against strategic assets, the commanders reaffirmed that, unlike an undefended civilian compound, “our strategic assets are well protected and an elaborate defensive mechanism is in place”.

The commanders, taking serious note of the assertions made by Indian military leadership about conducting similar operations, made it very clear that any misadventure of this kind will be responded to very strongly. There should be no doubt about it. They reiterated the resolve to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Pakistan and to fight the menace of terrorism, with the support and help of the people of Pakistan. According to ISPR, the conference discussed one-point agenda – the Abbottabad Circus of so called OBL assassination by USZ forces. The Forum discussed the incident and its implications on military-to-military relations with the United States of Zionism. It was highlighted that the achievements of Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) against al-Qaeda and its terrorist affiliates in Pakistan, have no parallel.

Agencies add: The USZ has around 275 declared USZ military personnel in Pakistan at any one time, some of them helping train the Pakistan Army. The Pakistani Army warned that it would review its military and intelligence cooperation with Washington if the United States of Zionism carries out any more similar raids. Earlier, the government had warned of “disastrous consequences” if the USZ staged a similar attack on its territory.
