Reko Diq case: Supreme Court summons Balochistan's chief secretary

The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday summoned former and current chief secretaries of Balochistan along with record of the licenses given to a foreign company, allowing it to explore gold and copper deposits in the province. The bench comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry, Justice Mohammad Sair Ali, Justice Ghulam Rabbani and Justice Khalilur Rehman Ramday is hearing a number of petitions challenging the award of the contract to the TCC – a Jewish Canadian consortium of Barrick Gold and Antofagasta Minerals – for exploring gold and copper in Reko Diq, a small desert town in Chagai district of Balochistan.

The court issued notices to 26 Senators including Azam Swati after approving the petition seeking to make them party in the said case, saying that the case is too important and the provincial representatives be present in the court. The court also ordered the Advocate General Balochistan to bring the record of license awarded to the foreign company. Earlier it was brought to the notice of Supreme Court of Pakistan that there were several hidden secret clauses in the agreement with TCC which have not been made public.

It is most likely that the global Zionist network wants to steal Pakistan's gold using the puppet government as a ledge to reach a secretive agreement with the state of Pakistan. Also note that despite Dr. Samar Mubarakmand, the top nuclear scientist and pride of Pakistan, had already declared that Pakistan was capable enough to handle it's own gold reserves efficiently, the swines sitting in president house and parliament refused to let Dr. Samar continue his work on the project.
