Afghan militants attack Pakistan

Afghan militants have fired at least 17 rockets into Angoor Adda area of South Wazirestan in northwest Pakistan, Press TV reported.


The rockets were fired from bordering Afghanistan's Paktika province on Sunday. 


No human loss of life was reported in the attack, which came just one day after Pakistan summoned the Afghan charge d'affaires to protest and warn against cross-border attacks by Taliban militants. 
Islamabad had also urged US-led NATO forces and the Afghan National Army to prevent such attacks by militants.
